I’ve been buying trucks from Mccords since 2000 and I get

I’ve been buying trucks from Mccords since 2000 and I get a new one about every 4 to 5 years for my business and have had nothing but top notch service whether it’s an oil change or something bigger Richard in service has always gone above and beyond in his friendliness or hunting for a part I need I send all my family members here 1 st when they are looking for a car or truck and Vonya tge service manager is head and shoulders above any person in her position I have ever worked with she takes the time to come out and say hello make sure you had a great experience and makes u feel like your part of the family I won’t go anywhere else I’m on my 5 truck 3 jeeps for my wife and all 4 of my kids have bought rigs from them you always here about bad interactions which if u run a large company you can’t please everyone but in my opinion these folks are the cream of the crop and wanted to let them know how much I appreciate all there hard work for the Hass family

Had a problem with my 2022 Ram media system.

Had a problem with my 2022 Ram media system. Dropped by to see if I could make an appointment to have it looked at. Scott in the service dept. said they were backed up and couldn’t get me in until following Monday. After explaining problem to him he wanted to go out and look at the truck and see if he could maybe get it working properly. He saw the problem with the CarPlay and then took my phone and cleaned the open apps and all worked great. Never made me feel like the old guy I am just took care of me. Thanks Scott .

I have made 4 calls to this dealership to schedule an

I have made 4 calls to this dealership to schedule an appointment for a safety recall. The first call was close to 2 weeks ago. No one answered for recall department, so I left a message. NEVER got a return call. I called again this morning, same thing, no one answers for that department. I then called back and pressed the option for sales, guess what? BINGO! Got an answer after first ring! I explained that I was unable to get a response from recall department and was assured that someone would call me right back. Well I'm STILL waiting for that return call, and it's been an hour and a half. Stay tuned, lets see how long it will take.

A little over a month I purchased a Hyundaitest drove it...

A little over a month I purchased a Hyundaitest drove it and made up my mind that it would work that was a big mistake. I had financing all set up but they said well let's see if we can get you financing here 4 hours later they said will they won't go for the fiancing you run to your bank and well detail the car out yes that right they hade this car for weeks and didn't even detail it yet. They made me wait 4 hours but try to push me threw on the singing.I paid over 8,000 for this car had it maybe 2 months and but another 2,000 out of my pocket fixing things and it still needs more. And they never did detail it People say away from this place they will take you and lie to you. Now I have a car that I have close to 10,000 into it and who knows how much more money. Yes, that right I am not happy.

They charged for parts and labor never done.

Six months ago I paid for a part to be replaced, paid for it, and while scrapping the car for parts today discovered they never replaced the part. This was discovered because my step-father had written in permanent marker on the old part which is normally hidden by the engine. This particular part caused the check-engine light to come on for what seemed to be a false-positive. It would claim there was a problem with the transmission even though I had just replaced that part. Well the car finally broke down completely while in use. Luckily I was not injured. But it was finally time to scrap the car. While taking it apart, surprise surprise, it was discovered my step-father's writing was still on the part they said they replaced. I paid for the new part. I paid for the labor. It doesn't look like they did any of that. As far as I can tell, they took the money and then used their engine checking tool to just clear the check-engine light warning so that it would not come up until after I drove off the lot. In short, they are crooks. They ripped me off because they thought they could get away with it (and they did get away with it). I'm sure they will rip you off to if they see the chance. If you are on the road when your car fails, I pray you do not die due to their greed.

Very proffesional service manager

Nice place to service a vehicle. Long time service manager and techs. There are some lkng time sales people there if you need help with a vehicle.

Service

For what ever reason my new AC compressor failed in less that 1 year, so not that happy about Mopar parts. But Service manager has been great about trying to get me a fair resolution. Thank You Vonia.

Out standing service manager and service techs.

This is one of if not the best service departments at dealerships I have purchased from ever.they have always done excellent work on my vehicles and made sure if they could the vehicle warranty covered the repair.
