A little over a month I purchased a Hyundaitest drove it and made up my mind that it would work that was a big mistake. I had financing all set up but... they said well let's see if we can get you financing here 4 hours later they said will they won't go for the fiancing you run to your bank and well detail the car out yes that right they hade this car for weeks and didn't even detail it yet. They made me wait 4 hours but try to push me threw on the singing.I paid over 8,000 for this car had it maybe 2 months and but another 2,000 out of my pocket fixing things and it still needs more. And they never did detail it People say away from this place they will take you and lie to you. Now I have a car that I have close to 10,000 into it and who knows how much more money. Yes, that right I am not happy.
Six months ago I paid for a part to be replaced, paid for it, and while scrapping the car for parts today discovered they never replaced the part. This... was discovered because my step-father had written in permanent marker on the old part which is normally hidden by the engine. This particular part caused the check-engine light to come on for what seemed to be a false-positive. It would claim there was a problem with the transmission even though I had just replaced that part. Well the car finally broke down completely while in use. Luckily I was not injured. But it was finally time to scrap the car. While taking it apart, surprise surprise, it was discovered my step-father's writing was still on the part they said they replaced. I paid for the new part. I paid for the labor. It doesn't look like they did any of that. As far as I can tell, they took the money and then used their engine checking tool to just clear the check-engine light warning so that it would not come up until after I drove off the lot. In short, they are crooks. They ripped me off because they thought they could get away with it (and they did get away with it). I'm sure they will rip you off to if they see the chance. If you are on the road when your car fails, I pray you do not die due to their greed.
THERE ALL GREAT THEY LISTEN AND HELPED ME GET THE BEST LIL GAS SAVER EVER LOVE IT THERE WILL ALWAYS BUY FROM THEM
Khalil was very helpful, and personable. Followed through on every thing we talked about. The price of our new truck was good, and the trade in price of... my old truck was fair. Mike
Nice place to service a vehicle. Long time service manager and techs. There are some lkng time sales people there if you need help with a vehicle.
For what ever reason my new AC compressor failed in less that 1 year, so not that happy about Mopar parts. But Service manager has been great about trying... to get me a fair resolution. Thank You Vonia.
This is one of if not the best service departments at dealerships I have purchased from ever.they have always done excellent work on my vehicles and made... sure if they could the vehicle warranty covered the repair.
Pleasantly surprised with our new car buying experience at McCord Dodge in Longview, WA. We had every expectation of walking out after looking at 2 models... in order to make our decision and buy through a discount dealer. Salesman Michael R. was not the typical obnoxious car salesman we hate to deal with. He was willing to listen to what we wanted, how much we were willing to pay and what we wanted for our trade in. He didn’t try and haggle with us as most car dealers do. He took our request to owner who also didn’t try and haggle. We walked out with a signed deal. Loan person was also great to deal with. Highly recommend McCord Dodge in Longview for a great car buying experience.
Cash in hand simply wanting to test drive a used truck.but dealer was only interested in showing me a new truck.no thanks would have liked to buy local... .i drove 3 different used trucks at various dealerships today with no questions.dissapointed!!
My wife and I have tried several of the car dealerships along the coast from Astoria Oregon up to Aberdeen Washington, as far North as Olympia/Tacoma/Puyallup,... as far south as Portland....and all the dealers in between. I do a lot of research before purchasing anything..I thought why not do it with vehicles like anything else I purchase. All this is to say that... Time and again (I've re-checked my research each time we've purchased) McCords has had that great mix of small-town friendly sales staff mixed with fair asking prices and trade-in values that are reasonable. They were also helpful during our first purchase in financing, were able to tell us about a special financing offer through a local credit union that was almost a full 1% lower than anything else we were able to find ourselves. So, over the past 15 years we've purchased a total of 4 vehicles from them, (three were planned purchases and one was unexpected after our car was totalled in a collision). Still to this day, I refer friends and family to McCords, and would never hesitate to do so to anyone. I also recommend Daniel as a salesman. We first met him as a car washer (lot boy?), he was admiring our car after our purchase as he finished giving it a bath. Next time we met, he remembered us immediately, and became our salesman. Now he works as the fleet sales manager, but is always willing to come show us non-fleet vehicles. Very good place.
