I purchased my first car from this dealership through the guidance of their sales person Carlington Marsh that was able to assist me to make a quick decision. I was happy to get a good deal through their assistance on aquiring a great financial partner also through Frank at the same dealership. It is a great dealership that I would recommend to anyone.

Great place
I was looking to buy a cheap but yet in good mechanical condition car... and there I found it! Carlington has been able to find for me a car matching exactly with my criteria. Bought it few weeks ago, and no hidden misfunction or anything like this, all was very clear from the beginning. I even needed a new radio and AC and they fixed that for me before I got the car. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

My Experience
My overall experience was good. Some of the dealers are alittle pushy in when there trying to sell you a car, but I guess I should expect that. But in the end I bought a car so there ending result was accomplished.

Best Service/Best dealership
I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer in this location. The buying process is straightforward and forthright. Excellent price. The service is FANTASTIC. There Are Still some Good People out There!
I purchased a used Nissan Xterra from this dealership not long ago. This truck looks nice, not much and carelessly used, came with some problems.Mr Paul Kress the Service Manager and his team managed to replace damaged parts at no extra cost to me against all odds.I have since then, test drove this truck for some days, meticulously looking for faults. I have not found any up till now. My wife joins me in saying a Big" Thank You" to Mr. Paul Kress and his wonderful team who exibitered a great deal patience and professionalism in solving this problem. You can not always be wright and you can not always win. Once again, Paul, we are most grateful.

Really great service team Fitzgerald Georgia Ave
I took my car to the Georgia Avenue Fitzgerald Mall. I didn't have an appointment but it was an emergency. Sean Bennett was extremely helpful, got my car in the same day, and could not have been more helpful and nicer. It was a real relief to know I could come in on short notice like that and be fit in, even on a snow event day. I was very happy with my visit.

I need someone to do the right thing in Fitzgerald
The last 04/05/13 , I visited Fitzgerald Auto mall Wheaton Suzuki and Used Car Center, and I applied for credit , of course. My auto loan was declined , because my SSN and my credit were very new, at this moment I had one hard touch in my credit score , IT is good and normal , but on 04/08/13 this person touches again my credit in 4 different financial institutions without my authorization .That means 4 additional inquiries on my credit report. This situation makes me high risk subject for two years. When I realize the problem .I went a Fitzgerald and in a candid way ask for help , but they in a rude way said no , they can't accept their mistake . Am very upset and angry , because that person damages their clients only to try to make another sale. They don't care about the situations and try to hide the mistake .I need someone responsible person in FIZTGERALD DO SOME THING RITH TO CORRECT THAT PROBLEM. At Equifax am I fair credit because too many inquiries, but in Transunion and Expirian excellent credit .It is not just. I want to start my own company and that issue has hurt me a lot. The solutions are simple, Fitzgerald is in the obligation to send a letter explaining that?s 4 additional inquiries is their mistake no my.

Treat me like a Queen!!!
I have been to many automotive centers, however, Sean and Al in Wheaton always treat me with so much respect and they let me know what I may need to fix in the future whether it be brakes, plus, system, or whatever. I do not know much about cars, but these two, particular, always make sure I get the best service. They always apply my discounts when they are available and just make the experience of getting my car serviced an easy and smooth one. They are very personable and they know me now by name so when I go to get my car serviced, now it is almost like I am going to old friends . . . but better. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!!!!

service manager problem
I purchased my vehicle & had it serviced from fitzgerald. The service team was always A #1, until oneday I dropped my vehicle off with a full tank of gasoline. When I picked it up 1 1/2 days later, I only had 1/8 of a tank, the service manager totally blew me off, " that kind of thing does not happen here, you must be mistaken ". not even an apology. " maybe you think you filled it up" I have not been able to bring myself to return there since. Is this what they mean by "The Fitzway"
