Apple Valley Honda

If I could give these guys zero stars I would! We called on a specific car and affirmed we were approved for financing over the phone after having our credit checked and financials checked. We drove 1.5 hours to view the vehicle and decided to purchase with an additional warranty. We spent an hour filling out detailed paperwork. They printed temporary license plates and took our $2500 deposit. The next day we were called and informed they needed an additional 6 thousand dollar deposit and we’re raising our interest rate over 50%!! Completely fraudulent transaction. We spent about 5 hours being completely lied to. Go anywhere else. Overpriced vehicles, shady salesmen, and they will take your money even if you’re not approved for the deal. We’re discussing this transaction with our lawyer. Our salesman’s name was cord. I believe they Bought us into the deal believing we would simply sign onto the ridiculously high interest rate because we had already wasted so much time although our credit is excellent and we make great income.

I recently purchased a 2023 Honda Ridgeline from Apple Valley Honda. Sandy Johnson was great to work with on my purchase. I can say without hesitation that this was the best vehicle purchasing experience of my life. Dylan was great with the financing too. Thanks Apple Valley Honda. I live in Yakima and it was well worth the 2 hour drive to Wenatchee.

On site for our Honda service and spotted a used truck we liked. As we looked it over, Eli Gonzalez, one of their product specialists, stepped over and introduced himself. As we continued to look at the truck he answered our questions and finally asked if we’d like to test drive it. Never tried to upsell the truck. Throughout, Eli was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. What he wasn’t was pushy. No hard sell, no pressure. He just followed our lead. So easy to work with! Ultimately we purchased the truck and found our entire buying experience at AVH one of the best we’ve ever had. They bought our trade-in sight unseen; they fixed a dent and some scratches on the truck; they chased down a missing key from the previous owner; and finally, when our trade-in showed up with a cracked windshield, they didn’t change any part of our deal. I’ll keep dealing with Apple Valley Honda and you should too!

Mason was very helpful, kept me updated on progress on the work being done,and made the experience easy — great to work with. All service people should be so personable.

I do not regret choosing this dealership at all. David helped me every step on the way and never gave up on any small issues I had on my end! Would totally recommend everyone to go and chat with David if your looking to purchase a car!

Sold me a used 2015 Honda Fit. So far I am very impressed and would recommend. My second trip to a dealer in my 62 years. My first trip was to a Ford dealer 19 years ago. Tried to purchase but had nothing available l liked or wanted, dealer was quite comfortable to work with ! Would recommend anybody looking for car new/used to check dealership out ! Todd is easy to deal with and NOT pushy!
