Overall the experience was fine but as pointed out on other reviews, the price listed on the website is not the price they will sell the car at, there are added fees for things like lojak and paint treatments that "are already installed" on the car.

She was rude and they didn’t want to check my breaks made
She was rude and they didn’t want to check my breaks made it seem as if I was lying about the brakes making noise but eventually fixed the problem after I had to go out to drive the car to show them what they say they didn’t hear

This car buying experience was wonderful.
This car buying experience was wonderful. We went to look at a couple of cars and were very disappointed until we came into Ziegler. I was only looking but wanted to sit in and see if it was comfortable. Kane was the first sales rep after three dealerships who listened. He then did more and found a vehicle I could test drive. Because i wasn't buying that day, I went home. I wasn't home an hour before I decided I wanted the car so I went back and bought. Truly happy with the dealership, quick, no pressure.

I have great confidence in the service department.
I have great confidence in the service department. This is the only place I take my car. I dropped my car off and received a detailed video of the work that needed to be done...bonus points for the detail and conveying a feeling that they care about making sure my concerns were heard and addressed. One of the extras I look forward to is that after the maintenance service, my car is washed and shines in the sun as if it is almost new...that did not happen this time and I was a little disappointed. That point aside, overall, I am pleased with the service I have received to date.
