    I would not recommend buying a vehicle from Harvest Chevrolet based on my personal experiences with the staff that sold me the vehicle. They were self-centered... on just getting the sales done. Facts: 1) I was trading in my 2011 Highlander on a 2018 Silverado which they knew as they added it to my sales papers. 2) Took forever as they were short handed and only one person actually writing up the deals, Initials JH. 3) It was Thanksgiving weekend and GMC had a lot of savings going on. 4) I also had the opportunity of using friends of the family discount. 5) When I was signing the papers at the end of a very long day I saw that they had put the company in my name vs. my company. 6) I stopped signing and told them that it had to be in my company name. 7) JH said that no worries you can get changed later and it will be easy. 8) After the sale it was not easy. I had to get the Title of the truck so GM said the only way to get the Title was to pay off the truck. No worries I said. 9) GM said that as long as the check was in my company name then they would put it in my company name. 10) I FedEX'd a company check to GM to pay off the rig. 11) Thought all was good but when the Title came it was still in my name. 12) I went to the Department of Licensing and they said there are two options. Have Harvest re-do the Title or I could do it and it would cost me about $650. 13) Called Harvest JH and he had a total different memory. He said that with the employee discount they could not put it in the company name. I said that was never explained and if it was I would not have done it as I get a bigger discount from the IRS under my company name. To further knock his lie was I have emails and text from JH and his sidekick AO to the fact that they gave me papers that would "help" in getting it transferred to my company name. So if they want to I can post those or verbiage from the documents. 14) I'm currently waiting for a call from the owner. I understand that her name is Jaclyn Midkiff. 15) What I want is for Harvest to correct the grievous errors that their sales personal made. I expect Harvest to redo my title and put it in my company name.

    Was able to walk in let them know the vehicle I wanted and got it done. Searched everywhere from Seattle to tri cities and was surprised they do have some... of the best prices. Definitely no pressure. The couple times I've gone back since the purchase they've asked if I needed any help figuring stuff out on equinox. New cars are definitely full of features it takes a few days to get used to it all

    I just purchased a beautiful 2015 Hyundai Genesis from this dealership. From start-to-finish Vanesa was so wonderful to work with. As soon as I inquired... and explained I lived a good 3.5 hours away from the dealership she went and took videos of the car interior and exterior so I could get a better idea of the condition of the vehicle. We discussed some questions I had via email and phone and she was always very quick to get back to me. Once I committed to making the drive up for the car, she held it for me to ensure it wouldn't be purchased before my trip up, and had all of the paperwork ready to go so that when I arrived there wasn't a long wait to get things in motion. The vehicle was just as described upon arrival (if not better) and was detailed/cleaned and ready for a test drive and paperwork. I was in-and-out very timely and the entire experience was flawless. Thanks again Vanesa for a wonderful used car!

    Me and my husband had a horrible experience at McCurley Chevrolet in Pasco and we decided to go look at a brand new Camaro at Harvest Chevrolet in Yakima.... Our salesman was Adrian and he was fantastic. Best costumer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. The finance manager, Miguel was also fantastic. Thank you Adrian and Miguel for the best and least stressful car buying experience we have ever had. We will definitely go nowhere else to buy a new car from here on out and will recommend this dealership to everyone. Thanks again!

    Terrible customer service just get get an oil change. Employee left me sitting for 2 1/2 hrs when my car had been done in an hour! Never notified me when... it was completed. I had to go ask if it was done! I sat an extra 1 1/2 hrs wasted time! Unacceptable!

    I brought my Motor Home in there to have the engine replaced at your service center and I hope that your service technicians can live up to the confidence... that was installed in me from your Service Specialist Jesica Orozco. Jesica was beyond helpful with the knowledge and continued communication every step of the installation process in the 2 weeks or so that the engine was being replaced. She made me believe that your technician staff were doing everything possible to make sure that the work being done was professional and up to the highest standards possible. Every step of the way when something would come up that needed approval or special attention from me I was informed, she made me believe that the work being done was to the highest standards. I do sincerely hope that your technicians live up to the standards and confidence that Jesica showed in her professionalism and caring of me and my motor home. She was amazing !
