The service department did not put in by drain plug properly after an oil change. My Toyota ran out of oil and stopped running. They tried blaming a vandal but after further inquiries they admitted a staff member did not properly replace the drain plug. I was assured multiple times that there was no damage since there is a safety mechanism in the vehicle that would stop the engine from running once it ran out of oil. After discussing this with another dealership they told me this feature was not on my vehicle since it did not exist the year of my vehicle. After repairing the vehicle a combination of warning lights kept appearing on my dash. They asked me to bring it in so they could repair it free of charge. This went on for over 18 months. Another dealership told me what I was dealing with was awful and they said they have replaced an entire engine after a similar incident even though the vehicle appeared to be running fine. They are telling me they are finally replacing the engine after dozens of attempts to repair the issue. I bought this vehicle new from the dealership and have always had all maintenance done by the dealership trusting they know their product and would do a quality job. I have no confidence in the service department, have been continually disappointed, misled, lied to, and they are still indicating they might not replace the whole engine and may use some original parts based off of conversations with the service manager. I have lost the investment I made in a new Toyota planning on it running for hundreds of thousands of miles. I am seriously considering getting a different make of vehicle because I don’t want to deal with that dealership again.

Customer service and service have been a pleasure to work with.They make suggestions on service and are understanding if I have to wait for awhile. They are always kind and courteous. Needed new tires, and Dave did a thorough search and found a great deal.

This past week I was able to have a car maintenance check-up, the service was great. The employee who helped me explained everything to me and walked me through the steps needed for the maintenance check.

Quick, competent service
I brought my two-year old car in for a regular oil change and a couple of recall items. The technicians checked my air filters and found both needed to be replaced, and they also adjusted the wheel alignment. All this was done in less than two hours (I had been told on the phone that it might take three) and was handled very professionally. The waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked with free coffee.
