Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered every question we had and provided other information we had not thought of. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the features of the vehicle. He also provided links to videos and charging accessories. Jennifer assisted with the paperwork which made it go very quickly and efficiently. If you don't like the car-buying process, this dealership made it very easy and was a satisfying experience. We understand that they have a "big" move coming up with an expansion of their service department. Can't wait to see the new building/lot and to bring our car in for service/maintenance as needed.
