Thanks guy.... I said f - off once your manager dropped the call. Your representative bait and switched me for tires, which apparently do not come with road hazard or any warranty. The dealer has not had oil in stock for 6 months, and I had to have BMW Rockville do a Brake job on my car because their tech couldn't. YOU DO NOT SERVICE SUPRAS. I have made a report with Toyota NA.

I recently bought my 2014 Toyota Camry here with the help of German. Let’s just say, everything went as smooth as ever! And was extremely satisfied, from price to the speedy service provided. I greatly appreciated the timeframe that it took to finalize everything. Not too quick and sketchy, but not too long and tiring. It was perfect, just as it should be for any and all dealers whether you’re looking to buy a new or used car. I also appreciate the information they gave me about the car and its previous services, it made me confident in making the purchase rather than worrying what conditions the car was going to be in after a few months. Overall, great experience and environment embedded by the sales team!

Do not buy a used car from Darcars 355 they will deceptively withhold information that is pertinent to the sale, after confronting the sales manager with my complaint after the purchase he lied and basically said too bad so sad it’s not my problem. STAY AWAY from this dealership.

Avoid them at all cost. Rude managers, will break their promises and call you a liar. Had experience with this manager called Kevin, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Like one would not believe this customer service in 21st century in a first world country!

Disappointing. The car was not ready for sale. They knew I was coming to look at it and didn't even bother to wash it. It even had bird droppings on it! It had a lot of body issues include a side swipe, detached and cracked bumper fascia and rashes wheels. Wasn't even worth a closer look. No chance I'd buy a car from an outfit that cared so little about the quality of their product.
