We have been buying our jeeps and getting them maintained

We have been buying our jeeps and getting them maintained at the Waldorf Chrysler Jeep, Waldorf, MD for over 35 years. We could always count on them to be honest, reliable and most attentive to our needs. The service department, specially Kenny and Jimmy, are most knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions. Recently, Kenny had to make an arrangement for our transportation to go back and forth between our home and the dealer's, so we didn't have to wait there all day for our emission recall, They sure know how to make our repairs painless. Often, we stopped by for minor repairs and questions. They were always more than happy to help us. Buying a Jeep is one thing, but to service a Jeep is far more important than just buying one. We value their business and opinions.

We have been buying our jeeps and getting them maintained at the Waldorf Chrysler Jeep, Waldorf, MD for over 35 years. We could always count on them to be honest, reliable and most attentive to our needs. The service department, specially Kenny and Jimmy, are most knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions. DARCARS Chrysler Jeep of Waldorf is Phenomenal!

My sales person Dylan was Phenomenal! This dealership is amazing from my sales person Dylan to the Sales manager Michael(Mike) to the Finance manager Tim, they were very patient with me and I would totally come back to buy a vehicle from this dealership they beat the interest rate that Navy Fed gave me and the overall purchase was amazing! They treated me like a family member and Dylan greeted me he ensured me that he would do everything to make my buying experience AMAZING AND FUN!

Great buying experience

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The buying process was smooth with no problems. Dylan was an easy to work with and Mike was very informative and helpful during the process.

Tons of Jeeps

Purchased my first brand-new vehicle in 10 years here in late January because the ones I had were junk. I am a former auto salesman and have owned quite a few cars over the years, so I went in expecting the late winter sales pitch. I was also expecting to be shoehorned into a vehicle I know I wouldn't be happy with and a price I would regret paying. I had my target vehicles - both realistic and extremely hopeful. I met the salesman - Carlos - out in the lot and while looking around, I explained what I wanted - and what I didn't want. I was shown several options and took a few test drives before settling on the one that had the most features I desired. Now it was down to price. Suffice it to say, I didn't pay close to MSRP - no lie - and it was all using their dealer discounts and FCA incentives. In the end, I purchased my uniquely colored 2020 Cherokee 4X4 and am extremely satisfied with its looks, ride, options and capabilities. Only regret is getting the base engine. Yes, it was the least expensive of the engine options and it gets reasonable gas mileage for a 4wd rig, but it doesn't feel right to me.

Disappointed

If I could give them a minus 5 Stars I would. On March 31 2020 I purchased what I thought was a new 2019 jeep grand limited that had 48 miles. My husband got to the dealership while they were cleaning the car. My husband as several questions on items that he thought were unusual on a new car. Dust in the inside which the sales rep Frank started it was probably from wax when they cleaned it. Also some little scratches where Frank also dismissed by saying you could buff that out. I felt he was honest. Well that was my big mistake. It wasnt till we got it home that my husband said something here is fishy and decided to run a carfax and we found out the jeep had been in an accident. I was just devastated, I couldn't believe it. That information was never disclosed to us. NEVER and I was there for several hours. Well needless to say we went back got our money back and went to koons in tysons corner who were wonderful to work with. I want to warn all of you. If you want a car from this place RUN A CARFAX even if it's new. I have also reported them to darcars corporation. Just do sad that they could try to get away with something like this.

Worst buying experiance ever!

All I have too say is to stay away from this dealership. The floor manager , I beleive is name is Saee is a crook and should be fired. Sales consultants are not rained and have no clue what they are doing or selling. Waste of time and effort.

Great experience at Darcars

One night I found a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country on Cars.com and submitted my info. At 7:30 the next morning John Z. from Darcars called me and set up an appointment. Upon arrival the selected car was prepped and ready for a test drive. John Z and the rest of the Darcars staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I was shown a couple of other 2010 Chrysler Town & Country minivans for comparison, and ended up buying one of the others. It had just been traded in and was not prepped for sale. But in a very short time Darcars cleaned it, prepped it, and got it's Maryland state inspection; we did the paperwork and I drove it home. Darcars took my old Nissan van as a trade-in, which was very convenient for me. Overall a pleasant experience.

Poor Customer Service

I recently inquired about a vehicle at this dealership. After making my appointment to come test drive the car, I arrived to see that no steps had been taken to clean the car. It was an absolute mess. There was dirt crusted on the car under the roof racks and in the sunroof. The inside was a mess as well with grease on the dash and steering wheel. In addition to the poor condition of the car, the customer service was horrible. Completely horrible. I did not feel welcomed and was not treated with courtesy. It was if I was inconveniencing them by asking questions. I consider the visit to the dealer a complete waste of my time. I will never return to this dealer.

Back in an SUV

I was looking to get back in an SUV I currently owned a 2010 Camaro SS and even though it was a fun car and very fast the gas mileage sucked and I had no room to fit my friends. So I looked through Cars.com and saw an SUV I immediately liked. I emailed Frank Mitchum with Darcars in Waldorf to see if it was still available and within a couple hours he replied and said it was. Even though I was not available to get there to check it out til that weekend he assured me if anything came up he would let me know. He even sent me an appointment reminder the day before letting me know we were still on for our appointment. When I got there I test drove it, made the deal and did all the financing within a few hours! The fastest car buying experience of my life.Which was great cause it was a Saturday and I was able to get in and get out and enjoy the rest of my day!
