Kayla helped me with my new car purchase, I have been leasing cars for years so I am very familiar with the car buying process. Kayla was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with she was not pushy, she understood all my needs and made sure I was taken care of. She is super knowledgeable and professional, her customer service is above and beyond. She truly makes you feel like you are more than a sale and I appreciate it. The car is wonderful and I will be back to see Kayla in 3 years when my lease is up.

Kayla helped me get my new car, I visited several dealers

Kayla helped me get my new car, I visited several dealers before making a final decision. Kayla made my decision very easy to make! Out of all of the sales people I worked with Kayla was the only one who was not pushy and helped me find the perfect car in my budget! I am so happy in my car I have been driving it for a month now and I LOVE IT!!

Joe was amazing!

Joe was amazing! I didn't feel pressured into anything, something I felt at other dealerships I went to. Joe was very personable and friendly. He went out of his way to make the experience a good one. I felt like I was dealing with a friend instead of a salesman. I hope he sticks around, there needs to be more people like him!

I just had some extensive work done on my 2015 Tacoma at Toyota of Wallingford and having Joanna Rivera as my service advisor. I have request Joanna as my service advisor for the past 3 or 4 years because of her professionalism, expert knowledge and that she always goes the extra couple of miles that makes the visit to the dealer as pleasant as possible and always a great outcome for me the customer. For instance, she looks for any applicable coupon deals that can be applied to the service and keeps in appropriate communication with me on the progress. I also return to this dealer because of the service I have received over the past years at very competitive costs, genuine Toyota parts, and the guarantee on the work on the vehicle. Thanks to you Joanna for your efforts and the positive results the I always receive.

Wallingford Toyota is the best place to buy a car or a truck, my experience with them was fast and easy! Steve is a Rockstar, he was my sales representative and did an awsome job! I love my new truck, not to forget to mention the 1.9% financing.

My salesperson Joe Carroll was amazing he took his time

My salesperson Joe Carroll was amazing he took his time to understand my needs and wants in a new vehicle. And finding one within a few days.. Elias Deane He was a huge help and so polite and so nice and understanding my frustrations. Ed Maszler he was amazing talking through other people that you’ve decided and you know what is negotiable and what isn’t it and take really taking the time so you understand everything that that is covered in under a warranty or covered bumper-to-bumper or covered in your 3001st mile of the car he really really took his time to make you understand each step and made it as easiest possible registration and transferring the plates are getting new plates. It was so easy done right there one shot couldn’t ask for a better group of people to have worked with to get my next car
