Don’t believe a word this place tells you. I’m a most yr in with same problem when I bought car. They knew it was bad . Stick me with a freaking warranty that cost me arm and leg put me a used transmission in and now her I am with bad transmission yet again and oh but we’re sorry your warranty on car is out and the warranty on the 2nd transmission is out. We not gonna help fix it . It’s all on you. Take it somewhere else cause we don’t work on those cars by the way. Thank you Chris in Service. Thank you. They really pulled one over on me. And from what I’m told I’m not the first they took like this.

Paul Barnett Nissan and all their employees are a 10+. I was there today to get my car serviced that was purchased from them. They were efficient, kind, more than reasonable and caring. If you need a car or any other type vechicle definitely go to them!

I have called the service department for three days and left messages and no return call. Today I talked to the parts man and he said someone would call me soon and again no call.

My husband and I would like to share our experience with Paul Barnett Nissan this past week. Our original intent was to purchase a nice used car. But God had a different plan in mind. Callah Channell was my sales person and she was a great help. She was understanding of my needs, very polite and professional. Answered all my questions and stayed in touch until Nissan and I were ready to complete the sale. Callah was also in touch with me after the sale to make sure I was not having any problems with my purchase. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and had a great attitude. I was very pleased with the service and my purchase.

Great professional and friendly service! I went in to trade my car in for another used car. When I got done I rolled out of there with the first brand new car I've ever owned. Was super excited and I'm in love with my 2021 Nissan Rouge. My sales person was Amanda Rushing, she went well over and beyond to help make my purchase a success! She made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my car. All its bells and whistles. Will defiantly be a return buyer and will be sending my friends and family there.
