About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since May 2010.
Our history began in 1950 when William H. Page opened a Buick Dealership on this very site. Two years later the Dealership became a Ford Store and then later a Pontiac Store. In 1971 the Page's decided to add the Honda Franchise on to the Pontiac Store. William J. Page purchased the dealerships from his father in 1980. By late 1982 Bill Page was now an exclusive Honda Dealer. Fifty years later Bill Page Honda continues to be a family owned dealership ensuring the family values they have been known for stay intact along with their unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. The 3rd generation William Page is involved in daily operations.

My Salesman Thanh (David) Ho was so helpful and he made buying a car was a pleasure unlike others I have dealt with from other dealerships. David Ho definitely deserves high praise for everything he helped me with and the people worked at the dealership were very hospitable.

I have a medical illness and offered to pay full price

I have a medical illness and offered to pay full price cash for a vehicle they were selling. I live 60 miles away and they were told I could only come in once they told me if they could do a warrantee or not. They agreed to receive the asking price in cash and I had no trade. They stated they would put the package together so I could come in. 3 days later they notified me they sold the car to someone else. Do not take them at their word as they will sell the car out from under you. If disabled, for sure stay away. They will not work with you.

Went to this dealer to sell my vehicle with a KBB cash

Went to this dealer to sell my vehicle with a KBB cash offer. When they inspected the vechcle they pulled off the a pillar panel and claimed it was damaged when it came in and said it would require full air bag tear down and repair from their service center. Offered 5,000 less than the kbb cash offer and tried scamming me damaging my vehicle in the process.

CAVEAT EMPTOR: Bought a '13 MB GLK here for my wife in

CAVEAT EMPTOR: Bought a '13 MB GLK here for my wife in Nov of 24. Took it in for first oil change yesterday at a nearby MB dealer and they tore it apart! 1. Front cover seals are leaking. 2. Struts are leaking. 3. Parking Brake needs replaced. Bill Page Honda sold us a car with UNDISCLOSED ISSUES. This shows a lack of character and virtue on their part. They put a car up for sale that had defects and didn't have the integrity to put several humdred dollars in it so as to provide a safe vehicle that performs up to par. Robert and Paula Lawrence

It’s I’m possible to connect someone in charge.

It’s I’m possible to connect someone in charge. I bought brand new car plate and registration past 2 months still I didn’t get it. No one calls no information, no follow up, zero communication, and below poor customer services. I’ll never buy a Honda again.

BEWARE of this dealership!

BEWARE of this dealership! 🚨 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! 🚨 I bought a used car here, paid in full, and drove off. Within 30 miles, the engine started making noises. I returned to the dealership, and a mechanic came for a test drive. At first, he acted like he couldn’t hear anything, then later admitted it was a flex pipe rattle but said it was "nothing to worry about." They promised to fix it. While fixing the noise, they told me the starter motor was failing—something they never disclosed before selling me the car. Their excuse? "It’s a used car, so it happens." The repair cost? $1,000! After they "fixed" it, the car made even more noise while accelerating, and now the starter wasn’t working properly. Since I work during the day, I had to bring it back in the evening, but all the service people had left. I had to take a day off work just to bring it back in the morning. Once again, they sent the same mechanic, who pretended not to hear the noise even though it was louder than before. When I asked to speak to the manager, Mason, they just pointed me to someone else. In the end, I had no choice but to pay another $1,000 to fix the starter, and the noise is still there! They refused to take responsibility, even though I reported the issue the next day. I trusted Bill Page Honda based on some reviews, but I regret it completely. 🚨 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! 🚨 They don’t stand by their cars, don’t help their customers, and charge outrageous prices for problems they should have fixed before selling the car.
