I bought an used 2021 Mercedes GLC in April 2025.

I bought an used 2021 Mercedes GLC in April 2025. I had a decent experience with the dealership, yet with hindsight, it is very clear the individuals took advantage of the fact that I am young, 23 year old. After two and a half months of driving (only 800 miles), on July 1st, my trusted mechanic let me know that both my front and back brakes need to be replaced ($1,350 in charges). Flagship motors told me when I purchased the vehicle that it was fully serviced, yet the dealership only replaced the pads, not the rotors. This then resulted in violent shaking when braking at high speeds. Now, Flagship motors said they will not do anything for my troubles when it was abundantly clear they improperly serviced their own product. I am very disappointed in the dealership and advise anyone who is purchasing a used car from them to get a pre-inspection from an independent mechanic. They clearly condone and conduct shady practices.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Nathan who I believe is the manager is phenomenal a credit to Flagship motors. Ss long as Nathan is associated with them Ivill continue to bring my car there and will in all probability purchase my new vehicle from Flagship motors.
