Nazareth Ford

I was extremely disappointed in ,my last appointment at the dealership. It took almost two hours for them to put a new tire on my car. First I was asked where the lug lock was by Cyndi Gaston - Sorry but I have no idea about any lug lock or where it might be on my vehicle. If you are a service rep you should know where it is.Apparently after sometime it was found. After an hour and 45 minutes I asked another service rep what the problem was and he returned to tell me that it was almost done. After two hours I was given my keys and I asked where they found it and Cyndi told me that it was in the proper place!! I paid my bill and I returned to my car to find several items that were taken out of the glove compartment (while in search of the lug lock) on the floor of my vehicle. I think that early on I should have been updated on the fact that the lug lock was found and that they were installing my new tire. I am sorry that Ralph wasn't available to take care of my service call that day. He is a genuine asset to Nazareth Ford. Not at all satisfied with they way this service call was handled!!

Knowledgeable service personnel and friendly. I can count on Nazareth Ford to keep my Fusion in tip top condition. I never had a complaint regarding the service.

I had my car in for a recall and oil change. Tires rotated and new filters installed. I was kept informed of progress and had car washed when the service was done!

Service department was quick and fast no extra fluff just got my car done and every this was done right they understood what was needed and did this all on a night it was 2° out

Cyndi greeted me and scheduled my oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out of the quick lane service within and hour. Which was awesome since I only had 1 1/2 hours of time before picking the dog up at the groomer.
