Great customer service experience

Service and attitude by staff were exceptional. The dealership was very clean and the environment very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great friendly service. All one could expect.

Brought our 2005 Buick in for 100,000 mile service. Shop explained items needed and priced out service. Left car overnight and picked up next day. Shop again explained service. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

It was a great experience. From the time I pulled into you lot to look , till the time I rolled out in a new one was effortless. Your staff deserves a thubs up for sure.

great service

I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. I was the first one there. Two servicesmen were in the waiting room and it was raining. They opened the door and let me put down my contact information because I was going to leave my truck. They completed my truck before the I could call my ride to pick me up. Very Professional!

As always, the BEST service. Friendly, fast, clean facilities, and reasonably priced. I have loved my car and the full package of going to Phil Moore. I plan on always using them to buy and maintain my future cars.

Wonderful people at Phil Moore

Always get great service and a loaner car to get me to my errands while my XL is being serviced. Amy, in service, does a great job and is always helpful in getting whatever we/I need. My husband left his sunglasses in his loaner truck and she "babysat" them until we could get there to pick them up.. There should be more places around that have your dealerships helpfulness and desire to go the extra mile!
