My husband and I had a wonderful experience and Herson’s

My husband and I had a wonderful experience and Herson’s KIA. We even had our 2 year old with us and they were very patient and kind with him as well. Particularly we worked with Josh and we were very pleased. We could tell he was doing everything in his power to get us the best deal and he stuck to his word in every way. He also was very helpful when we found a slight exterior issue with our emblem and help to get it corrected in the easiest way. He guided me exactly to where I needed to go to make sure the job was done efficiently, again considering that I had my two year old with me. Ralphael the finance manager was also very helpful and detailed. Overall a great experience.

The service staff is always professional and courteous.

The service staff is always professional and courteous. The waiting area was clean. However, the wait time for my car was longer than expected. I wish they had a free water dispenser because not everyone drinks coffee.
