We had a good experience at Herson's Kia.
We had a good experience at Herson's Kia. James Wyatt took great care of us and when he wasn't around, other people at the dealership chipped in and helped with what we needed. James was straightforward in the negotiating process and helpful in the leasing process. He helped us learn what we needed to know about the car (electric - we've never had an electric car) and offered to help if anything comes up in the future. We enjoyed dealing with John and Herson's. NOTE: The sales person listed below is Garrick Rumley when it should be James Wyatt. I can't seem to change it.

I do appreciate them fitting me in because the engine
I do appreciate them fitting me in because the engine light came on. I asked if all the recalls were completed and was told yes. The anti-theft software was not completed. The service was good. I am disappointed about the anti-theft software upgrade not completed.

Overall experience was great. Salesperson and Sales manager were not pushy! But the person who was selling warranties didn’t realize that I needed to go after couple of hours. Made me not even want to listen to him and want the leave

My concerns regarding oil consumption issue were
My concerns regarding oil consumption issue were addressed- at least for now - but owning a car with the Theta-2 engine with all its problems is very stressful. Oil consumption- engine knocking issues - this is extraordinarily frustrating and Kia Corporation has a responsibility to change these engines. Stu Dvorkin 301 530-7923

Kelley blue book told me the dealer would give me $800.
Kelley blue book told me the dealer would give me $800. more than they actually would give me. KBB said Herson worked with them on used car values, they need to get on the same page.
