I called 3 times over a period of 2 weeks trying to schedule a service over the phone. On my third call, the receptionist recommended I make the appointment online since no one would answer her transfer call to the service department. It was clear that you were understaffed in the service department.

It was a wonderful experience. Very helpful, and great promotion items from the service department.

Land Rover Alexandria has been servicing my Rovers for over 15 years. I cant compliment my service representative Chad to much. He is extremely professional, provides daily updates on the status of your vehicle while it is being serviced. As to be expected, service on these vehicles is costly but LRA does all they can to help you reduce costs.

I experience very good service and a wonderful representative. I went in for a flat tire and and the representative took me immediately, informed me that I had a severe nail in my tire, and the job was completed immediately. I really appreciate the fire service and the remark

Good deal on the vehicle. However, there is a small amount of damage to the vehicle that was missed since the purchase was made at night. Lesson learned, purchase a vehicle during the day time to get a good overview. But over all a quick, timely and professional service. Would purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

ROBERT STEWART is my new service manager. He was courteous, knowledgeable and treated me like I was his only customer. After indicating there was a small noise in the car I hadn't heard before, Robert called the service manager to ride with me. The service manager drove and listened intently at the noise. He assured me their team would investigate while my car was being serviced. When I retrieved my car, the noise was gone, much to my delight. I love my Range Rover and faithfully service it on time. I have never been disappointed with the Land Rover Alexandria team. I recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. Continue the great service!

Khalil and the rest of the team took care of our needs after driving 7 hours to view a vehicle. The vehicle was not in the condition we had hoped for, however they immediately presented us with a comparable vehicle (better than what we had originally come in for) and were willing to negotiate a fair price for it. They also helped us to drop off a rental car (as we were replacing a totaled vehicle) in order to minimize our time spent in the area prior to the long return drive home. Personable people, helpful, and a good value on a great product.....thanks!
