I bought my jeep at the Cranberry location early 2024 with an incredible experience. I went in today for a state inspection and oil change. Nick was incredible and answered all my questions with such patience. He is definitely a great asset to this company!

Just wanted to thank the service team for helping me with

Just wanted to thank the service team for helping me with an emergency service repair that I needed. I did not have an appointment but they said they would try to squeeze me in (they let me know it could take a while). I am extremely grateful for their new shuttle service. They took me home and called later to tell me the answer about my problem with my wheel. They had to wait for parts to come in but ran out of time to fix it that day. They called the next morning when it was done and shuttled me back. I couldn't be more pleased.

On 3/6/24, we bought our second car from Ron Lewis in

On 3/6/24, we bought our second car from Ron Lewis in Cranberry. There'll likely not be a third because this experience was bad: It started when the sales person promised to reduce the dealer fees prior to purchase via text, but then reneged on it when we had to pay. They did give us the also negotiated discount, but then charged an extra percent on taxes, coincidentally the same amount. Weeks later we eventually got that amount back but what would have happened if we hadn't caught that "mistake"? They promised quick online registration but somehow couldn't get it done, refunded that fee, but without any comment so I had to go to a notary and stay on the phone for hours with PennDOT to figure out what happened. I bought another car from a different dealer weeks later and that online registration went through without problems - and before Ron Lewis'. It took over three months to finally get the missing but promised manual and cargo mat for the car - and we had to drive 2.5 hours to pick it up because - despite asking for it with plenty of lead time - Ron Lewis was unable to have both drop-shipped (which the shipper would have done) or ship it themselves.

In April of 2024, I called Ron Lewis Pre Owned to look at

In April of 2024, I called Ron Lewis Pre Owned to look at a used BMW. I ended up speaking with the General Manager, John WILEY due to everyone else in sales being busy when I called. Initially, I was very happy to be speaking with WILEY because he would have the final approval for any sales agreement, because he was the General Manager. I explained to him that I was considering trading two vehicles, one vehicle had aftermarket parts etc. I gave WILEY very detailed information of both of these trades, including payoff, and any parts the trade vehicles would need etc. I explained to WILEY that I lived over two hours away and I just wanted to make sure I was even close to where I wanted to be for the trades and a monthly payment out the door. WILEY assured me I was right in the ball park and from what I told him we should be able to make a deal. I asked if the vehicle I was looking to purchase was clean and if the paint, interior, and mechanically was good etc. WILEY assured it was. WILEY even told me he was on a day off the next day and would come in just for this sale. Im not a dummy and knew he was full of it, but he would have gained a lot of respect by saying this and doing it, rather than to lie about it. I ended up calling off work, driving over 2 hours to this dealership with a wife and 2 year old child. I took the PA Turnpike to get there. I had over $200 in fuel to drive there plus a total of 4 turnpike fees, two each way. Upon arrival, I met with somebody in sales. I don't recall his name, but he explained he has been selling cars for 25 years. He explained he would be doing this sale and WILEY was off sick today (allegedly). After running some numbers between the individual in sales I dealt with and the assistant manager. The numbers were not even close. I became very upset by this because I spent extra time on the phone with WILEY so I didn't waste a trip. I was less than impressed with the BMW I was purchasing, it had fingernail polish as touch up, almost bald winter tires, brakes and rotors would need changed and I don't believe the oil was changed regulatory. I will note that the condition of this vehicle would have passed PA state inspection no problems. I also understand that this was a used vehicle and it’s not going to be perfect. It’s the fact this vehicle was in excellent condition when called over the phone. I would like to note in this review that the assistant manager and sales person I dealt with, along with everyone else at this dealership were very professional and even offered to cover fuel cost. I could tell by talking to both of them that they sincerely felt bad for my situation of wasting my time and were not just trying to give me fuel money to keep me happy so I didn’t write a bad review or just call it a business write off. I do have some respect for those two, thank you. I give Ron Lewis Pre-owned a 1 out 5 stars because John WILEY told me everything I wanted to hear over the phone just to get me in the building. Assuming that once I got there with 2 vehicles, a wife and a 2 year old child, they could hook me on a sale or a “10 pounder”, a term used by car salesman when they are happy to hook someone for 10 grand on a sale. To the owner of Ron Lewis Pre Owned in Cranberry, get WILEY out of there and promote your Assistant Manager to General Manager. He is someone who deserves that position. Lastly, I was very upset by this and did not plan on writing a review to this dealership but WILEY didn't take me off the automatic text chain and I keep getting pestered by “sizzling summer savings” text messages and I will never buy from This dealership while WILEY holds the position of GM making all the final calls on sales agreements. Hopefully this helps the next guy or girl. Thanks for reading my 745 word review. Josh
