Wow!

Wow! I just leased a new Rogue from M'Lady Nissan and found the experience exceptional. Eddie Colville was my sales consultant for the process. He is the gold standard for customer care, superior product knowledge, patience and listening to buyers' needs. Being 74 years old, I have bought and leased a lot of cars in my life. This was the smoothest transaction I have ever had and I left with a MUCH more upgraded car at lower cost than I expected. My new car is loaded with technology which is overwhelming to me. Eddie did a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and suggested I come back so he can review all of the technology benefits of the car. This is a gesture of true customer focus, certainly something I desperately need and truly makes me feel like a valued client. M'Lady should be the first stop for anybody looking for a new car!

They truly have the best team in Illinois, and I can’t recommend Hugo Duran enough! He’s an incredible salesman who really takes the time to listen and guide you through the process. He ensured we understood everything about the cars we were considering, making our purchase smooth and hassle-free. And let’s not forget about the service department!
