The service department and sales staff are always very

The service department and sales staff are always very helpful. My recent service need created a danger since the taillights were not working on my 4 Runner. The emergency appointment was handled by Dan the service manager to fit me in. Minor repair required Thanks Dan.

The entire process from scheduling online to the visit

The entire process from scheduling online to the visit was fast, friendly and fully transparent. My service advisor who met me at my vehicle was honest on the time frame quoted and went out of her way to see what was covered by warranty. Five Stars!

I was looking for a car for several months.

I was looking for a car for several months. To most dealerships I was a number. At Ken Ganley Toyota Akron the staff was great. Anthony and Matt were GREAT! They were kind, understanding, and wanted to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend!

I’m on my 3rd vehicle with Ganley. The service team is top notch and never attempts “sell” anything I do not need. The sales staff is friendly and the management team on site just to say hello and speak with customers. I highly recommend Ganley Toyota!
