Brian from the internet team, Rafael in sales and Craig in finance were all amazing!! I live about 2 hours away from the dealership so much of the transaction was done over the phone and with pics. The whole team was so accommodating and helped me get all the info I needed to make a purchase. The team literally bent over backwards for me. I've been a BMW owner my whole life, finally made the switch to Mercedes, and if the service I received here is any indication as to what Mercedes ownership is, I'll never drive a different type of car again! Seriously considering buying my wife a G Wagon just to do business with these guys again!

Excellent customer service. Very attentive. Jerry was very attentive. He explained the service offerings that were needed/recommended for my car. He offered me transportation and said he would call me once he confirmed e actky what was needed. He kept his word! He called me to share what was needed, I made the decision and he got to work. Once my car was ready, he called me to communicate it was ready. He offered me a great price for the service that was done. I got Service B and front brakes. Jerry also recommended future needs and provided me with price quotes. Jerry is awesome. I am thrilled with the experience and my car continues to drive great! Jerry in service is the best. He is attentive to needs that should be addressed and very responsive with communications. The sales dept is not worth talking about and thus I went to another dealer for my last purchase.

Professional and friendly. Good test drive, comfortable car. Easy to finance and drive away. The parking lot was a little cramped. Overall lovely experience, no high pressure sales tactics.
