i have never had a problem with the sales team when ever I've got a new car. I'm on my third car that I've bought at lambert. the service team on the other had is absolutely terrible. they seem like the don't know anything about anything.

Had a really great experience, only thing we had was that when we drove away the car was on e. Don’t think that is customer friendly. Doesn’t have to be full, but even 1/2 a tank would have been better. Never bought a new or used car where we drive off on e.

Happy with the car . However , communication between the customer and finance dept. in this case was not clear. We explained what we were looking for in a loan to salesman. Mike ,in finance decided we really needed to go a different route. Neither salesman or Mike explained the difference until I called Mike twice, to clarify why the loan was set up as it was. I feel both the saleman and Mike lied by not explaining and I would not have purchased this vehicle.

Lambert GMC is a top class dealership. Will Spencer is a top class salesperson. My experience was excellent.
