If I could give Brian Bemis Toyota of DeKalb Illinois six

If I could give Brian Bemis Toyota of DeKalb Illinois six stars I would! Summary: Very empathetic staff who go above and beyond to provide personal and genuine customer service. Which is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Detailed Review: My wife needed to replace her Venza due to a car accident. I searched all over the United States for the right one since she originally had the java brown leather and black exterior paint. I came across one at Brian Bemis Toyota that met most of our expectations and had the same color combination. The other person’s insurance didn’t quite pay enough for us to have much wiggle room on the price. I spoke to the manager, Sean Mulhern who helped get me videos of the interior and exterior of the SUV. I definitely liked what I saw and gave him the highest number that I was able to do out the door, which was a good bit lower than their asking price. He told me he would get back to me, but that the SUV was price below market value already. It was easy to tell that Sean did care about my situation based on the questions he asked how he responded. This really went a long way with me, as I had spoken to almost 20 other dealerships and not received any response other than “oh ok”, when I told them the reason we are looking is because my wife who is pregnant, was in an accident. Sean got back to me and said he can make a few exceptions and agreed to the price. I noticed there was a few dents That were small, but I could see in the video. He even offered to have his dent guy pop them out. If that wasn’t enough, he also offered to have one of his drivers pick me up at the airport, which is at least an hour and ten minutes away. I of course, agreed to this flew up there from NC. I met Sean who came in on his day off. I then met Kyle Domineck, who helped me look over the vehicle and finalize the paperwork. Kyle was very attentive and respectful of my time as he knew I had a 12 hour drive ahead of me. I drove back to North Carolina going through the West Virginia mountains late at night, and it rained and snowed my entire trip. The Venza did flawless and kept me aware and made the trip so worth it. If you’re looking for a reliable vehicle that you can just jump in and drive 12 hours through bad weather and mountains, I would highly recommend the Venza. Similarly, if you’re looking for excellent customer service that surpasses anything I’ve experienced in all my years of buying cars, buy a plane ticket, drive up there, do whatever you got do so you can do business with the great folks of Brian Bemis Toyota.

Cash buyer from out of state not welcome.

Don’t waste your time if you are from out of state. Apparently cash buyer from a different states money isn’t good at this dealership! I didn’t realize American money wasn’t good in all of America!

The best deal from Mr.

The best deal from Mr. Christian Quevedo, I was very happy with my Ram, the paperwork was quick they looked for the best financing, so that everything is easier, thank you very much

Adrian Rodriguez was a wonderful kid who helped me put loads with all of my problems. He was very quick with his responses and knew things like the back of his hand.

Do NOT go here

Brought vehicle in for standard service, they did $2000 in damage, then deny that they did it. Shady owners, employees, and all around awful company to do business with

John, you are not the owner of this vehicle, nor the service customer. We attempted to resolve this amicably, since no one was able to prove the damage occured by either party. It was offered, each party turn it into insurance and the Safe N Sure would cover the deductible. The owner of the vehicle, and former employee declined to do so. That was equitable for everyone involved, and no out of pocket to the vehicle's owner. The vehicle's owner (not you) chose to decline, and removed the vehicle from the Body Shop.

Don’t do it

Went and looked at vehicle. Called the next morning. Told them I would be in that day after work to buy it. For their asking price. They message me back confirming this. Then they sell it to someone else before I can come in. No call. No nothing. Lost my business and everyone I knows business.

Do not care about customer

Today serviced my car at Brian Bemis Toyota facility at DeKalb. The work includes oil change, tire change, and break pad change. The total bill was around $1300. I was advised to stop by after 6pm to pick up the car. While paying the bill I presented a $10 discount coupon. The person on the counter saying that the maintenance section is closed and they can't honor the coupon. I have to come other day to get benefit of this coupon. I am using this facility for lone years and bought a number of cars as well. After having all these I felt that they are only after my money and very little about customer care. This is really sad. I am now thinking whether to go there again.

Stellar Customer Service

I am beyond impressed with the stellar cutomer service provided in the service department. Called Saturday and they were able to get me in Monday:) Adam in the service dept is always pleasant and gave me an update while I was sitting in the waiting room which is also incredible. A pleasure doing business in my town!
