    Shelly Manger made every effort to take care of the door lock problem on my 2015 Honda CRV. Although this visit was not the end of the problem, at my... age I can tell when an honest effort is being made, and Shelly was honest and helpful.

    I had the (mis)fortune of needing to come in twice in one week. Not only was it brought to my attention that I was grossly overdue for an inspection sticker,... I also managed to lose my keys before going out of town, and urgently needed a duplicate. Amy Saletnik was fabulous and got me 'squeezed in' for both matters, with a very short wait time, to boot! Though the lounge is a lovely place to have to have to wait.

    Had a horrible experience at Balise in west springfield and was treated very poorly after they changed (raised) the quote on our negotiation. I then went... to Lia honda and explained my experience with Balise and they took great care of me. Remer was extremely helpful and honest in sales. Once purchased, Connie was the financial consultant that did all the paperwork for the new 2013 Honda Civic Ex I got. She was extremely nice and made this part of the deal stress free and quick. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership and this was my fifth Honda purchase between my wife and I. Will definitely go back for future purchases. Thank You!!!!

    After a few months of research online we knew exactly which make, model and color we were going to purchase. We found 3 local dealers with vehicles in... stock that matched our criteria, then made online inquiries. Lia of Northampton responded within minutes with an aggressive price. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Upon arriving at the dealership we were introduced to our sales person, Ray Becker. Ray was friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the features of the car and answered all of our questions. When we picked up our new car, Ray helped us set up our technology preferences. We appreciated his time and patience. We never felt rushed and had great buying experience.

    I'm very happy with my purchase experience at Lia Honda Northampton (as was my husband when he purchased his new CRV several years ago). My salesperson... Roger Cote was genuinely personable and knowledgeable about the product. I especially appreciate his thorough instruction re: electronic and technology options and excellent email and phone communication.

    We would like to make an observation regarding Customer Service (specifically Amy Saletnik) in the Lia Honda-Northampton MA Service Department. She is... a breath of fresh air when it comes to understanding and being helpful when our Honda Accord experienced a computer issue. She is a person in the right place at the right time.

    Brian Kane was our sales representative. My wife and I were very pleased with his ability to make us feel comfortable while explaining our needs in a truck... (Ridgeline). Although relatively new to his position he handled our questions professionally and what he did not know he found out for us immediately. After we purchased the truck he escorted us out to the truck and carefully explained the important features. Needless to say if we are in the market for another vehicle (which we will be in about four months) we will definitely turn to Brian again. Needless to say we have told our friends about this great service and reasonable pricing.

    I’m not a person who typically writes reviews and I’m not sure anybody will appreciate it. Buying a car is an art and a science. It is sort... of a game. It’s like a poker game. Thus you have to evaluate it in those terms. Inevitably you and the car salesmen are opponents. To evaluate the experience without acknowledging that is to be delusional. My salesman at Lia Roger Cote was an honorable opponent. He did not lie to me. He is a good guy. He just wanted to sell me a car. For the first time I walked away from a car purchase without feeling sick to my stomach. Finally I have a had a pleasant car purchasing experience.

    We were greeted by Ray Becker as we were looking at the models in the showroom. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Ray helped us through the... whole process with his gentle and easy going personality it was a painless experience. When we went to pick up our new CRV Ray had it all ready . He took us verbally through the manual , explaining every detail about the car and even paired a phone for us. We knew all about the instrument panel before we left. Ray Becker made sure we were comfortable with our vehicle before we left the lot.
