Jill Fuduric was wonderful as usual in providing me the service my vehicle was scheduled for. Jill obtained quickly a quote I had requested in addition to the scheduled service. I schedule a routine maintenance appointment & the day

I schedule a routine maintenance appointment & the day and time I was hoping for was available. Upon arrival I was greeted by Matthew Verge who told me what services my car would need at the current miles. During the services I was sent updates about my car. When I returned my car was ready to go! Matthew even offered a promotional discount happening during the month of June which saved some money - always a lovely surprise! He was personable, helpful and kind! Thank you Matthew Verge and Lia for all your great work!

Kyle Archidiacono provided excellent service customer

Kyle Archidiacono provided excellent service customer interaction. This dealership has undergone a major overhaul on the service side in the last few years and it has VASTLY improved. Even when it was at its worst, though, the service contact folks were always great.

During a college reunion, I had a flat tire that needed

During a college reunion, I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. The car was towed to Lia Honda. The service rep promptly called me and informed of the cost of a new tire, when it would e delivered to the dealership and when my car would be ready. I was kept fully informed of the progress on the delivery of the new tire and Lia efficiently and professionally replaced it.

I am very pleased with the service to my 2013 Kia Sorento

I am very pleased with the service to my 2013 Kia Sorento . Desiree Frank checked me in and arranged for a drive home. She called me later to advise me that the parts I needed were coming in. Desiree called the next day to say that my car was ready and she sent a car to bring from my home to the dealership. I am very pleased with the work done and the way she treated me. Thank you.
