Quality Service

I've been coming to Lia Honda of Northampton for years to service my Honda vehicles. Desiree Frank was the most helpful employee during my last service visit. The service department is always great at informing me of my options for properly maintaining my 2018 Honda CRV. Great customer service is a dying breed these days, which is why I continue to go to this dealership for service.

Desiree treat you and your car right

I was very pleased with my service appointment. In general, I have been pleased with Leah I think because I’ve had excellent service representatives. I feel that my new service rep, Desiree Frank is very dedicated to having customers happy with their Honda. She made me feel like she was going to take care of my car as if it was hers and don’t give me a good sense of her work ethic. Not every service rep is that dedicated I’m sure

Desiree Frank has done an outstanding job on each of my visits to Lia’s service department, which she seems determined to improve. My most recent visit was terrific, entirely thanks to her.

Don't pay attention to old customers

Has been great in the past at times but the really good service technicians leave frequently. Now they don't make any effort to accommodate for emergencies. Since technicians are always leaving it is impossible to get consistent service. Hannah made no effort to service my car even thought I have purchased 5 Honda vehicles from the dealership and regularly schedule maintance there.


Great experience with no pressure

I gave the facilities only 3 stars because they are currently under construction. I'm sure it will be very nice when it is completed. I did my research on the car that I wanted (2021 CR-V EX-L) and what I thought was a fair price. Roger Cote was able to make my price work and was easy to work with. I told him that I didn't want any of the extras and he didn't try to push me to get them. I was prepared to push back, but it wasn't necessary. Very happy with the experience.


Great experience for car service

Great experience, big thanks to my service advisor Ruth Brown who accommodated my extra requests went through details of inspection at the very end. The service got done a bit earlier than anticipated!

Excellent Customer Service

Deseree Frank was extremely helpful in making me feel very comfortable during the experience of getting my car serviced ! She was friendly and efficient and guided me through the process of what needed to be done, the cost and the time involved and kept me up to date along the way. Oil Change

Place is always friendly and works fast. My service advisor Ruth Brown was amazing! She made sure everything was taken care of and my bill was correct. I love using coupons, haha!
