Purchase of new 2109 Honda CRV
Garrett St. Cyr worked with us to purchase a new 2019 Honda CRV EX-L.......Garrett was very polite and fun to work with and we would not hesitate to work with Garrett again.... Lundgren Honda has been a great find for us on buying new cars and this is our 3rd CRV.... Thanks Garrett...... Hope you like the Snickers and 3 Muskateer's !

Service department
Scale of 1-5, this service department gets a 0! The service manager has no customer service qualities. Canceled my “service agreement” 6 months into my lease, because of the rudeness of the service manager.

Shameful and shady
I bought a new Honda Civic from them back in May of this year. It then got rear-ended and totaled in July. Last week I went back to them to get another new vehicle without going to anyone else. I test drove a CRV and decided that I wanted to lease one. Their first offer to me was $449/month and when I was not interested in that they came back with $399/month. I actually contemplated that but decided to go home and think about it. Before leaving they were trying to pressure me into signing but thankfully I didn’t. The next day I did some research and the price seemed high and when I asked for a complete breakdown of all the numbers I did not get that but they now came down to $373/month. I contacted Bernardi Honda and asked for a quote with the same exact terms and the exact same car. Their very first quote was $315/month. I leased my car from there and then I texted the salesperson to let him know I was all set and they tried to match it with $309/month. I think that is shameful and shady that a customer who just bought a car from there two months prior and was back because of horrible car accident was trying to be taken advantage of. That is a horrible way to treat a customer.

Talk about trying to take advantage of someone

Russell Rheault, Honda Saleman,Saves the Day!
Dear Lundgren Honda, My wife Ann and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Russell Rhault (Lundgren Honda Salesman) for helping to make our son Jonathan's dream of owning his own car a reality! Jon was fortunate enough to have been granted a "Cops for Kids with Cancer" scholarship this past spring. We had been shopping around, searching for several weeks to find Jon a used car with low mileage and in good physical condition. All of the vehicles we found were either out of our price range or had in excess of 100,000 miles on the odometer. Jonathan is a Leukemia patient at UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester, MA, and needs to travel from Plymouth NH down to Worcester, MA several times per month for Chemotherapy maintenance treatments, and was hoping to obtain a reliable vehicle to help him do this on his own. Russell was our Guardian Angel. He was able to match us with a beautiful used 2003 Toyota with only 51,000 miles, and in excellent condition! Thank you Russell Rhault from the bottom of our hearts for making this happen, and Thank you Lundgren Honda, for being instrumental in setting up the financial package to allow us to be able to do this for our son. We are True believers that there are still incredibly nice People and Car dealerships that go the extra mile and do the right thing for their customers in need. Very good experience buying a used vehicle here
My stepson located a used car at this dealership and we are very happy with the quality of the people who helped us. Jayson was our salesman who made certain that the process of getting the vehicle went smoothly. We went over the details of the sale on Saturday and came back on the following Monday with a check to complete our commitment. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out and we drove out with an inspection sticker on the same day. In-between our departure, this dealership has a cafe with a cook who makes made-to-order sandwiches and breakfast. We had a complimentary lunch and sat in comfortable chairs with cellphone charging stations. Air conditioned comfort and a nice atmosphere. We were out and on the road in a very short time, thanks to our assistant, Jayson, who made the transfer process as efficient as he could by making phone calls to the registry and communicating with us if it would be helpful to followup with our Insurance agent. Very professional and personal service. I do not have a single criticism with our experience. We were very happy with the purchase and pleasantly surprised with the high degree of customer service that we were given.

UPDATE On a Review
I had previously submitted a negative review for Lundgren and some of their staff. I stand by the relatively poor customer service I received from the sales associate and the business manager. Their engagement and handling of the sale could have been better. Their treatment of my wife and me could stand improvement. However, having dealt with another dealership in the area, I feel compelled to rectify parts of my review. I want to emphasize quite strongly that I was treated fairly, honestly, and overall positively. In addition, while I might have expected more from some of the staff, I now think their worst day is still a thousand times better than other dealerships' best days. I was never lied to, deceived, or misled. Everything they promised to do, they did. As I said, too, in my now-deleted review, their prices are excellent. And I must say, after purchasing my second car in two months at another dealership, that experience led me to revise this review and to wish that I had purchased again from Lundgren of Auburn. I know this review does not have the glowing enthusiasm of most reviews, but I don't think I fully appreciated all of the positives of my experience here until I encountered all of the negatives at other places. If you're looking to purchase a Honda, purchase it here. As someone who purchased the second car somewhere else, I wish I had gone back, and I regret that I didn't.

Sales person did not listen to me.
I experienced a salesman who did not listen to my needs. I was very clear I was only there to get some information. He had his own agenda. One of them being catch every person within radius to make a sale while keeping person waiting that he just introduced himself too. 1st it was I will be right back (A woman came out holding a folder and said she needed something from him). 2nd when he did come back he was persistent to show me a car. At which time I agreed, " I have to go get the car, What color do you like"? I told him and he went in the building to get key to get car. After waiting several minutes I was looking at another vehicle near the show room at which time I thought I saw him talking to someone else. I thought, no, not possible, until at least 5 minutes later I saw hi go out the showroom door at another entrance to get the car. When he finally got back (I was just getting in my car to leave). I told him how upset I was over the time that had passed, he basically said, no I don't think so. Frustrating enough as I sat in the car and looked around, I said I wanted to see the back storage area. H e said I will be right back I am going to get the other key. 12 minutes later he returns joyfully with plate in hand and wanted me to go for a ride. I told him how frustrated I was that he kept me waiting so long. He never apologized or acknowledged what he did was rude and disrespectful. He proceeded to give me his card. I took it so I would be aware in the future. It would have been nice when I got home to be able to call the dealership and report it to someone in customer service. However they only had Automated and doesn't direct you to a customer service rep. I finally pushed sales and shared my experience with General salesperson who apologized for my experience and welcomed me to come back and speak with a different sales person. No Thank You.
