It’s like 1996 in this place. Had to come in for every thing. Complete waste of time. Good price on there car and it was nice. But low price on my trade and got several approvals but couldn’t make it happen. Could saved me a lot of time if they just did things like most modern dealers. Sales person Matt was good , but management didn’t want to make a deal. They dropped the price on the car the next day.

Respectful and pleasant interactions with staff and comfortable environment. In a stressful situation, they helped make it as stress free as possible. Will recommend to anyone!

Nick was absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. Then there is the finance manager, Luiz Alves. The same can be said about him as was just said about Nick. On top of that, it turns out he was the finance manager at the previous dealership I purchased another vehicle from 2 years ago. Lat, but not least, Ritchie. Ritchie was the runner that day. We live 90 minutes from the dealership. Ritchie, with a smile on his face, came to Maine to register the plates and then drove us to the dealership so we didn't have to drive 2 vehicles home.
