After finding a car online that I was interested in I called to schedule a test drive. They were very accommodating. I arrived at the AutoMax Framingham and was greeted by Natalia Valois she was very friendly and professional. She let me take the car for a test drive, even suggesting routes being not familiar with the area. Upon returning she worked with us to make the sale, considering I was from out of state and more paperwork was involved. She helped to get our sale completed with all the out of state requirements. We had a question about the car and Natalia had the mechanic Jason come out immediately and answered all the questions we had. He was very friendly and happy to help. Ana in finance was very professional and friendly to finalize our car purchase. I found the showroom to be clean, the salesmen to all be friendly, polite and courteous. Matt made my out of state online purchase rather easy and satisfying! I was extremely nervous from start to finish about the though of the process and not being able to physically see the car before purchasing it but Matt assures me in every way that everything was going to be ok!
