AutoMax Preowned Framingham

My daughter purchased a car after visiting AutoMax Framingham a few weeks ago with her father. She was happy with the car and was able to make the deal. Doug promised her that the car and all necessary paperwork would be done by Monday of the following week. Tuesday my daughter makes arrangements to drive again to Framingham to pick up the car to be told by Doug that she needs a paycheck stub. Was this his first sale? He didn't know she would need that? She didn't have one with her so back home she went. Gathered all information needed and back out she goes to find out she needs one within 30 days, again Doug's first sale? When she arrives to pick up her car after many text and telephone calls, the car can't pass inspection. This place is a joke. NO communication, Doug states, that he wants the car off the lot just as bad as my daughter wants the car so he can collect his commission....seriously? The car is finally available with no sticker and 1/4 tank of gas. Nice job AutoMax, we won't be back.

Pedro was extremely helpful and approachable. He helped me find the exact model I had my eye on for some time and worked with me to get a deal that worked for my budget.

I enjoyed working with Pedro. Solid guy to work with because he is knowledgeable and straightforward about the car and purchasing process. I'd recommend asking for him when you visit. Automax has aggressive pricing, but be prepared to haggle for your trade-in. The car buying experience has still been very positive, and I'm excited to pick up my car next week.

I had an excellent experience at Automax working with Mike. I came in with a few cars in mind as well as looking for a few suggestions. Mike worked with me to test out the cars as well as to have a conversation about which car would be best for me. He was honest about why he liked/disliked certain models and it was helpful in making the final decision. Prices were fair and included a full inspection/cleaning before pickup. The biggest plus for me when dealing with Mike was his dedication in getting the car to me on time. I needed a next day pick up and Mike was on the phone with the insurance company at 9am the next day to get it to happen. Due to issues with missed faxes (on the side of the insurance company), Mike had to call on and off throughout the day to get the paperwork through. THANK YOU for all your efforts. It's much appreciated. Got a car I love and so happy with the experience. Thanks!
