Nice Service Guy

I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler here because the rear window defroster stopped working. Chris in the service department hooked me up and got the window replaced via my extended warranty. However, note that this is the SECOND rear window that's been replaced on the this vehicle for the same reason. There is, in my opinion, a design flaw at work here. I had a 2000 Wrangler that NEVER had this problem. And more recently, I've had 3 rear windows replaced on 2 Wranglers. Nice that it gets fixed, but seems overly expensive to continue to do at this pace.

Service for my Dodge Grand Caravan

John analyzed the problem with my van, told me how it would be fixed and the whole thing took no less than a few hours to complete! Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this team for any service and sales!! Thank You

friendly and courteous

been coming here for years, service has always been great, they are always understanding of the problem, have always been fixed correctly, service advisors and mechanics are on the ball

Shopping for a new vehicle

I visited Larry Roesch dealership under the impression that I was going to walk away with what I came inn with and to my surprise that wasn’t what happened. I came out with a NEW Dodge vehicle in which I am very satisfied thank to my Saleman Kyle Bromm he was very helpful with this process. I would like to thank him and his team for there great services. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

Courteous, fast, and friendly.

I have had good experiences ever since I bought my car there in 2014. No problems. The service has been very good and usually I do not have to make an appointment, especially for an oil change. I am never told to do things to my car, besides what I bring in for. No one ever tries to make me do more to the car.

Best of the best!

After three years and six dealerships, I had given up hope of ever owning my dream Jeep. I went into Roesch very skeptical on Saturday afternoon. I insisted before we got there that I was NOT going home with a new vehicle that day. We were greeted quickly and warmly. I refused to test drive my vehicle until we worked out pricing and financing. Kyle Bromm completely understood my concerns. Once they were able to work out the deal, I finally did a test drive. I fell in love with my Wrangler which had more features than I ever thought that I needed (but of course, I do need those features!). We worked with Frank to sign the loan docs and I went home with my beautiful, sparkling clean dream Wrangler. I honestly can't stop smiling when I see it. As a woman, I was treated well and not spoken down to as some dealerships tend to do. The customer service is excellent at this dealership. Kyle was down to earth and very easy to work with - no pressure at all. The entire process from sales to finance was explained well and nothing was hidden - very honest and upfront. I feel that they worked hard to get me into my vehicle at terms that I could afford. I'm very happy to highly recommend Kyle and Roesch Jeep to everyone that I know or meet. I usually take the dealership license plate holder off my vehicle as soon as I get home, but this time, I am leaving it on. This was honestly the best car buying experience that I have had in about 20 years. Thank you to Kyle and Frank and the Roesch team!

Great Experience!

Josh and Dan were extremely responsive via email in the days leading up to my purchase. While in the dealership, Jaime was my Jeep specialist. He was wonderful! He was very patient with us and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Jaime! You were great! We love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee!
