I dropped my Renegade off late at night . By 8:40 the next morning I was called. The service rep guided me fairly and had already run a diagnostic . The covered item (a coil) was replaced and I elected to have a partial tune up. The work was completed by the days end. The young lady at the cashiers desk helped me redeem some Jeep MasterCard points and was friendly and prompt. She was NOT behind a glass wall! Refreshing. The valet guy brought my car promptly and was friendly. This is the “warmest “ dealership I’ve been to in years.
