Salesman was friendly and communicative, I had no issues

Salesman was friendly and communicative, I had no issues with him. We agreed on the purchase price of a 2025 model in early June, I was told the car would be delivered in early/mid July. The car didn’t arrive until 7/29. I also discovered that day that it was a 2026 model year, even though they told me they ordered a 2025. They refused to honor the agreed upon price despite their mistake and quoted me a higher price, take it or leave it. Furthermore, the finance manager seemed more interested in getting me out the door than helping me understand the various forms I was signing. All in all, it took over 3 hours to pick up the car that day. Very unpleasant experience, and it felt like a bait and switch on the price. Love the car, but will be taking my future business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Victor Medina.

I had a great experience with Victor Medina. He made what could have been a stressful experience, fun and calming. He was very patient answering all my questions, explained the features and demonstrated how they worked. I highly recommend him and Bernardi Honda dealership.
