I always bring my car here and always have a positive

I always bring my car here and always have a positive experience. I bring here too so that I can continue doing business at Smith when in ready to upgrade my current vehicle. They’re always helpful and knowledgeable.

I’m very pleased with the work done on my Mercedes.

I’m very pleased with the work done on my Mercedes. I was kept apprised of the work being done and felt it was done in a timely manner. The car was very clean when I picked it up. Thanks for making my car look new again!

Way too expensive.

Way too expensive. I asked to have the check engine light scanned and was told that it would be $210. I told them not to. However, they did it anyway…did not charge me, but found quickly the reason for the light- a secondary air pump. They then quoted me a price of $1500. I brought it to my independent mechanic- got Bosch instead of Mercedes parts and cost me $500. I’m never going back again. To say it would cost me $210 for a scan….and then come up with a price 3x higher than a quality mechanic. Never again. And I just bought my wife a Mercedes GL450…it will never see the inside of Smith Motors. Also- the service manager gave me pricing for the recommended items that they noticed needed to be fixed- it came to $5500. My independent mechanic will do the same work with Mercedes parts for $1400. I’m never going back after having my car serviced there for 7 years.

Excellent buying experience.

Excellent buying experience. Easy to deal with, made sure the pre-owned car was perfect before I picked it up and followed through on all open items in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend them in a second.

Great service I went to check the tire pressure on my

Great service I went to check the tire pressure on my rear right tire the service representative promptly brought the car back to the repair department to check the tire They found a nail in tire and fixed the tire in no time and did not even charge me at all They washed my car also Thank you Smith motors of Haverhill

Brockton was incredible.

Brockton was incredible. I am 65 years old and this was the best transaction I have ever been involved with. Brockton is so professional. My wife and I couldn't recommend Brockton more. I give him the highest grade possible.
