Had some service on my Honda they ended up doing the work but there service manager was very rude and started to raise his voice on the phone with me I don’t know if that is how you are supposed to conduct business but they should look into that where I am a life long Honda customer but with people in a management position talking to a customer like that it is totally unacceptable I hope they can do something about that

I got the car and the deal I wanted!
Shopping for a new vehicle is stressful for a reason. It's a big financial commitment, and since we spend so much time in our cars, getting the right vehicle at the right price is important -- especially in today's financial climate. Unfortunately, buying a car is not as straightforward as buying groceries. With that being said, I had an INCREDIBLE experience at Route 128 Honda. I knew what I could afford, but I wasn't sure if I could make the Ridgeline I wanted work within the budget I had. John, Sebastian, and Dan literally would not let me leave until I got the deal I wanted. Once that happened, Mark and Chad in finance made putting pen to paper easy. It was a pleasure talking to each of them, so much so that if I could not have made a Ridgeline work financially, sticking with them and buying a different Honda within my budget would've been a no-brainer. I am looking forward to not needing a new vehicle for a long, long time, but if for some reason I should find myself on the market for a car sooner rather than later, I would not hesitate to give Route 128 Honda my business.

I leased a car through this dealer for 3 years and serviced my vehicle here as well. My initial sales experience with Jean was great so when I received a letter from the dealership saying I could trade in earlier for a lower monthly payment I called and set up an appointment with Jean. Thinking this would be a smooth easy transaction. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When I showed up for my appointment, I showed Jean the letter I received and said I came into trade in early and lower my monthly payment. Jean brought the letter to his sales manager who came out and said that it was just an estimate and that they couldn’t lower my monthly payment. After a bizarre and quite rude exchange with the sales manager I left. I had time to shop around and refused to play games. Less than 10 minutes after leaving, I started to receive calls from Jean who was then trying to further negotiated a deal with me. I explained to Jean my soul reason for coming in was because of the letter I received that said I could lower my monthly payment to $159 a month with $1500 down. Jean proceeded to call me several more times that day. I also received a call from Lizbeth who is the most professional person I have dealt with at this dealership, however, unfortunately she is not in management or sales. Eventually a manger whose name I can’t recall contacted me several hours later and apologized and said my letter should have been honored. However, the lower payment was a “Calculation” to which I replied if you can get my monthly payment closer to what you offered me via the letter you sent, I was willing to give a down payment of $1500 over the phone. He said he’d look into it and I never heard from him again. Several months later I started to receive sales calls from Parkway Toyota. I explained I was unwilling to do business with them any longer unless they were willing to honor the original offer, they sent me regarding lowering my monthly payment. After some back and forth a manager named Joe C. contacted me to try and work out a deal. I will say he did offer to lower my payment; however, it was nowhere close to the $159 they had offered me in the letter originally sent. Joe C. was rude and unprofessional. He was very dismissive and upset when I mentioned to him that it was a bad practice to use Bait and switch advertising and ultimately qualifies as fraud.

RIP OFF-DISHONEST DEALERSHIP
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!The worst and most shadiest dealership I have been to. I had my Jeep 3 months before the battery died. Turns out, it was an old battery. My roof had a leak in it and the service manager said, it happens all the time in Jeeps. This is my 3rd one. I was told that my brakes were new by the sales kid. Yeah ,not so much because I need new ones. I drive 8 miles a day. NOW after having said jeep for 9 months. I have a SEVERE oil leak and needs a new transmission housing, needs a new heating core system, and new spark plugs. How this Jeep got off the lot with all this, crappy service dept. Oh, they did offer to buy it back for way less than what I paid or charge me a few thousand. But the generous GM said he would knock off 400 bucks after the jeep died on the side of the road. They told me it was safe to drive. I have emails and texts to prove. He told me that I should have taken that statement with a grain of salt. I told him I didn't trust them to fix it because of all the things that were missed. He called it wear and tear. I have contacted the news about them. You will be sorry if you go here

Stay away 128 Ford reborn!!
Thieves swindlers. They screwed me on trade in on my truck, bait and switch. They charged $1900 for a “New England” package which consisted of rubber floor mats and $66 set out wheel locks that I never got. They refuse to compensate me

BUYER BEWARE
Where do I begin. I've had this Jeep from 3/21..it's a used jeep. In the first 3 months the battery died 3 times.Ihad to use roadside service 3x.I was told from the mechanic who replaced it that it was an old battery, probably the original.Iwas already told from the sales guy that my brakes were brand new. I drive 12 miles a day to and from work. I already need new front ones.. Ugh.. Dealership reimbursed me for new battery. Following month, went to FL.for a week and came home to a flooded driver side due to a leak in the top of driver side. Service manager said "happens all the time with jeeps". This is my 3rd ,no or doesn't. Had another issue with doors not being aligned and car starter not working. They had my jeep for 2 days called me to pickup and they didn't fix anything! Called the user car manager Jason and he blamed the sales guy for not telling him what it needed. PS.. I have all the texts... Now here comes the best. Car is tugging, not running right, heater doesn't work right. I've had the car now for 10 months. I get told by them it has a Severe oil leak and the housing unit has to be replaced along with the intake gaskets and the original spark plugs were never changed so, those also need to be done. Oh and it needs a new heater core because flushing the heating system Is not enough. That's a band aid. The dealership offered to buy it back for way less what I paid or fix it for a few thousand dollars with a very small discount .. How did this car make it of the lot?? Did they even inspect it?. I obviously didn't trust them to touch my jeep. There is one person out of the whole place who was helpful and even understood wry I was so pissed. I asked the gm John if he would be willing to give me the $400 he was going to take off from the few thousand he wanted me to pay, and put it toward the repair I was going to get elsewhere. He said no. After all these issues, being stranded on the side of the road 4x..They should have fixed it for free... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I was also told this was "wear and tear" As it is, it took forever to get anyone to respond to my emails when I keep asking how much they were going to charge me to fix it. I plan to call the news on this place. I promise that I won't stop til I get this resolved if I have to review this everyday
