I had an excellent experience working with Lou during my recent car purchase. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Lou was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, answering all of my questions with patience and detail. Lou went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend working with Lou if you’re looking for a car. John, the Sales Manager, was also extremely helpful and excellent to work with. He was also readily available to answer and questions and concerns I had. I appreciate that he also took the time to make sure I had a great experience.

I live next to a Nissan dealership but I would rather

I live next to a Nissan dealership but I would rather drive down Rt. 1 for the care and expertise of the team at Kelly Nissan Lynnfield, especially Corey. He was stellar to work with, up front, no surprises, I felt like he was fighting for me and that he was on my team, and I walked away very happy with the vehicle, service, and price.

My salesman, Chris Etheridge is by far the best car

My salesman, Chris Etheridge is by far the best car salesman I ever had the pleasure of working with. Chris always stayed on top of things, followed up on any questions I had and worked tirelessly to get me the best deal. Not once did I ever feel pressure to by and our conversations were very down to earth. Chris is the best salesman hands down and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from him or Kelly Nissan.

BE AWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

BE AWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Drove over 1-hr to be scammed by these sharks as I went for a particular SUV. DO NOT work with sales rep Abe & business manager Jamie Benti! Pls take your paperwork before you sign anything to a consumer rights attorney & have them analyze ALL of it! Abe & Jamie orchestrated a huge warranty & glass coat scam that cost me over $8,000 after taxes! After I declined some sort of paint protection 2x Abe sneakingly took the car, said it was for further "detailing" & to get an extra key fob made and that scammer had a glass coat supposedly put on my car after I said NO to him & Jamie! They took my signature on an iPad so I could not see crap & added $1,107 to my loan. Then, Jamie says there is a "bumper to bumper" warranty for $1,587 & shows me a paper with that amount and I said bumper to bumper, for that price? I thought it was a great deal & that scam artist added tires/wheels, maintenance, & some other contract with the glass coat for a total of $7,795+tax! DO NOT sign anything on their iPad & DO NOT finance through them (go to your local credit unions). Get everything printed and take your time reading all of it! I had to drive another 2 hrs to go back and have the warranties voided by the sales manager John Moore who made it seem like his scamming crew did nothing wrong! First of all, he was not in the room when they bill of sale was going on with Jamie Benti, he totally protects these dirtbags! Then says, well the glass coat can't be removed & blah blah. They knew we were there for 4 hrs, hungry and exhausted, they gained our trust by talking about kids & Palestine victims, DO NOT listen to any of their sob stories, it's all a tactic to make you feel bad so they can make the sale. John did explain to me 5 days later what everything meant, but never took responsibility for the scam & said I heard Abe say something about Simonized to you, I said I do not what the heck is simonized, I did not agree to any of it! If you are a victim, contact you Attorney General's office, the FTC, and the BBB and file reports! The more the better so these scam artists can stop their fraudulent and deceptive practices. And for the love of God, DO NOT let them pressure you into taking the vehicle on the same day & never sign anything Jamie Benti gives you without having a skilled person review it (I recommend paying an attorney so they can find the deceptive small print for you). I have a feeling a lot of reviews are done by the employees and their families & friends because there is no way these sharks even come close to a 1-star dealer! I am still waiting for the refund paperwork & one of the warranty companies said John never sent them my cancellation notice. Follow-up with external warranty companies yourself to make sure everything is really cancelled. Oh, and to add insult to injury Abe tried to add some $3,000 certified vehicle charge as well! After 4 hrs we were exhausted, tired and hungry (especially my diabetic 71-yr old dad) so we took the car & when I dug around for the bank info, I saw all these outrageous extra charges. Went from agreeing to finance $18,980 to that snake Jamie making my loan $26,844.81! These thieves also get an incentive for processing your loan, do not give them your business so they can profit outrageously and deceptively! The last thing the sales rep did was call me that following Monday to ask me to pay another $60 for registration when they charged it already! The audacity of these individualsis far beyond anything I have ever seen! I may take a loss, but hopefully it is not in vain & this review helps all honest buyers. This was my first big purchase of over $30,000 for a vehicle. I came with my family and my kids all fell love with the SUV & now I just want to return it because I am disgusted with this dealership! I used a lot of my savings being a single mom with 3 children to get a decent/safe vehicle for my family all so these low-lives can play with my hard-earned money.
