Good, fast maintenance, I like the full inspection and recommended work, BUT I would have greatly preferred a call from Wayne on the additional work recommended, and the condition of my tires, rather than just a text so I could talk to him and ask questions about it before approving it

Service was well explained, loaner vehicle was provided,

Service was well explained, loaner vehicle was provided, and work was done professionally and completely. Dealership filled the washer fluid and did the multipoint inspection for me and even charged the vehicle for me to fill, as it's an EV. Car was cleaned and vacuumed when I got it back and it looked great! So many dealerships cut corners to try to save a little bit by not washing or filling fluids, Norwood did not and I would highly recommend!

Changed the front and rear brakes of my 2016 Chevy Malibu in November and front brake started making squeaking sound from Day one. Took that to the dealership for fixing it and as per them squeaking sound will be present and it won't go. All the new brakes will make these kind of sounds for various reasons. This is Kind of Joke to me, as I am not seeing any other brake changed cars are making the sound. The sound is so annoying to me. I have spent min $3000 for my car in last 3 months, but still I am not satisfied with the service provided by Boch Chevy.
