While I was planning on a lower quality set of new tires the customer service rep provided me with an additional quote for a high quality tire option. With the buy 3 get 1 free sale the final price was only $180 more. I appreciated the options and chose the high quality set of Continental tires.

It's fine, I have to go there because the new car has a
It's fine, I have to go there because the new car has a warranty, but I would just assume rather take it to my local mechanic for oil changes and the like. This place sends me text messages (SO many text messages) and I can't text them back, they give me a phone number that nobody picks up... the only luck I had is by pressing the button for sales (because someone in sales always answers) and then they transfer me over to service. And maybe I'm just too sensitive but it seems like the people that work in service were miserable.
