After an unexpected accident, I was put in the position of finding a quality used car, and fast! I was looking for something comparable to what I previously owned and had looked at close to 10 other dealer's inventories, spoken to a number of not-so-great salesman, and stumbled across a vehicle I liked at Lombard Auto Exchange. I first visited their facilities to see the vehicle just as they were closing and Roger was kind enough to take my info, listen to my needs for the vehicle, and give me his card instead of just telling me to come back in tomorrow. I was hesitant to purchase from a used car lot but after a smooth process I am no longer. The staff was honest, Roger was personable, and they were fair about pricing and repairs. They are a quality dealer. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a dependable vehicle at a fair price.
