This is the second Ram 1500 that I have purchased from
This is the second Ram 1500 that I have purchased from Good Brothers and it couldn't be easier. I've gotten the best customer service both buying this vehicle and also in there service department which is also excellent. There was a blown directional ligh but rather than just changing the bulb the tech took the time to completely check everything just to make sure that was all it was. Who would have expected a bad bulb on a 2026 truck. But that's just the level of service you guys at Good Brothers

Horrible service department.
Horrible service department. 2.5 hrs of an oil change that I had an appointment for. Treated rudely at my early check in, had to listen to the service department as they had public speakerphone conversations with customers. I had to ask for my truck as they misplaced it. No trust in these people, go somewhere else for service.
