Pedro was very informative, very knowledgeable, and such a nice salesperson. Best car purchase experience I’ve ever had in my life. I really enjoyed it and I’m very happy with my purchase! I bought a new Toyota Tacoma and my sales agent Sinuo was the best agent I have ever dealt with buying cars. No pressure and no rush and was very polite and caring. I will recommend him to all my friends in the future. The financial gentleman Sonny was also the best financial person I have dealt with at a car dealer. Again no pressure or rush. I bought a car from Toyota of Braintree way back in 2013 and after 255,000 miles, it was time to get new car. After checking the website (which is one of the best out there!), I went in to speak to a salesperson. Ed Hayes was most helpful in showing me to the car I'd seen on the website and did everything possible to make my purchase of the certified RAV4 a reality. Ed was most helpful in answering questions, pointing out the key features of the newer RAV4 and taking care of the paperwork and explaining the timeline for getting everything done so I could drive my new RAV4 home. I was even offered a reasonable trade-in value for my old RAV4! Today I drove the new (to me) RAV4 off the lot and home, and I am anticipating a number of years of faithful service from this car. Through the whole process, Ed has been great at keeping in touch and keeping be advised of where we stood in the purchasing process and with the RMV.

I was so impressed with how seamless and easy the car buying process really can be. I worked directly with Viet throughout the sale in a no pressure environment. He explained every detail, had an answer for all of my questions, and worked around my fiance and I's budget and expectations. Not only were we able to find the perfect car for our lifestyle that same day, but we were fortunate enough to be behind the wheel only a week later as Viet and team worked to finalize everything for us - from registration details to the insurance agency. After my parents shared a similar experience with Viet a few years prior, I made sure to keep my promise to Greg and come back when it was time to buy a car myself, and the team did not disappoint. Five stars is not enough to give Viet for his hard work, and Greg for his amazing leadership. As long as we need a car, I know where I'll go.

Viet was a very good salesman. He went over the whole car with me really good. He helped me with all the settings I needed to setup. He wanted to make sure I understood everything about the car. Viet also surprised me with a big red bow on the car. That made it special. I would highly recommend Viet Vu to be your salesperson.
