Terrible Place To Buy A Vehicle!
Should've checked the engine oil before test drive, but I forgot. After I purchased and got home the engine oil was dirt black like it had never been changed. Truck had 28,000 miles on it. Avoid this place like the plague! Too many other issues with this place to go into detail. Basically avoid like the plague!
All car sales people should learn from this dealer
had a very difficult time running around for 2 weekends hoping to buy the car I wanted but ended up with typical "bait and switch" schemes that most car dealers do. Almost lost all the hopes THEN I decided to just drove all the way to Napleton Hyundai Glenview for my one last attempt. It turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing experience - I sense a very trust worthy genuine vibe from the sales person who helped me, Adam. Needless to say, he made the sales and I got the new car I'm very happy with. Highly recommended if you're sick and tired of typical care selling people who just want to your money rather than caring about helping you.
I took my car in for an oil change and Hasan from service was great. He had great communication and great service, see you soon.
Service was awesome!
The service department was so nice and informative! I felt like my time was always in consideration, and my Elantra runs great again and it's an 08. I was helped by Nik, but all the other advisors had a hand in keeping me updated, including the manager Larry. Just a great experience in general, would recommend.
Great customer service
Stephanie was a great help on the phone and when I came in, I spoke with Elizabeth and David. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Thank you!

Great guys. Gave me a fantastic deal on my tucson and they take care of me at service as well. This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought from them and service is great everytime.
Bought a car that I thought I wasn't gonna be able to get. I worked with Adam and the manager Dan. They took care of me and gave me a good deal. I take it for service every now and then and those guys are great too.
I decided to go with a a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. I compared pricing of course and found that Napleton Hyundai Glenview had the most completive pricing and it wasn't far from where I work. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Jimmie Page as I was walking towards my new Santa Fe. He showed us the vehicle and I already did my homework so I know what the Santa Fe has to offer and he was very knowledgeable. The process was simple and easy. Definitely coming back in the future!
Would not service my 2017 Hyundai 55k miles
I took my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe, 54,500 miles, to get the rear windshield wiper fluid trunk system repaired and they asked me to sign a "authorization of diagnosis" for approximately $179.00 dollars to even look at my vehicle. The windshield fluid was shooting inside my car instead of outside my car. My car has never been in an accident, and I am appalled by the audacity of this dealership and the manager Larry to want to charge me before they would even look at the vehicle. I've had my Hyundai serviced at other dealers, for more difficult jobs, and I've never had this type of problem or "authorization of diagnosis" charges. They told me that I would be charged if they weren't able to send the part to Hyundai to repair, or if somehow it was my fault. The car is obviously under warranty and obviously a malfunction of the vehicle, but they still pressed to charge me or they wouldn't even look at my car. Larry was extremely rude and walked off when I told him how upset I was with this charge. He waved me off, sat down in his office, and made a phone call. The service is bad, but the customer service that Larry provided was worse. I hope they hire a different manager, because if you cant serve the customer with simple communication skills, you shouldn't be working in customer service. This doesn't include the fact that this is a dealership and they couldn't service my car under warranty. I will be filing a BBB complaint against this dealership and reporting the dealership to Hyundai. Awful experience. Awful service, Awful management under Larry.
I can into the dealership in November to purchase a Hyundai Tucson and was told to come in. I informed them of the time and day I would be coming in because that was the only day I had off from work. I drove about 45 mins to this location and was told that one of their co-workers had the specific vehicle that I asked about and wanted me to come back around 7 pm. I decided to come back another day and test drove the car and it was nice. When it came to trying to purchase it, they told me that I would have to put down $8000, which I NEVER heard of. Later on in November I received a letter from the bank stating that I received a certain amount. I came back to the location and was told that the car I was interested in was sold. I just so happen to look on cars.com and the same car that I was interested in is on the site, NOT SOLD! Plus I was told that in order for me to purchase a car from there, they would have to pay the bank $3000 up front and they didn't feel like it was worth it. I NEVER heard of the different things they told me when trying to purchase a vehicle in my life! I don't recommend ANYONE going there.
