    I brought the car in for the third time for the same issue, a rattling sound. They took apart the passenger B-Pillar to look for the noise, but did not... put it back together correctly. Now, there is a big gap between the B-Pillar and the roofline. In addition, the top piece of the B-Pillar is loose. Despite the car being under warranty, the dealer made me pay $188, and damaged the car in the process. When I came back to give them a chance to fix it, they kept my car for two days, and called me back to say its normal, that "we can't make everything fit the way it does at the factory." In addition, Larry, the service manager, refused to look at the loose B-Pillar trim. He then yelled at me, saying the car is fine, and that they refuse to work on it. The car remains damaged, and I'm told I can't take it to an independent body shop to have them fix this dealer's mistakes, as that would void parts of my warranty. Truly the worst experience I've had at any dealership. No accountability, and no support from Corporate. Avoid Genesis at all costs, and go with another brand. If you have to get a Genesis, don't buy it here, and DO NOT service it here.

    Was looking for a particular car online and went to look at it, didn't work out however the salesman got more information from me, my wants and needs in... a vehicle and suggested some alternatives and we found a great alternative at a great price. The only slowdown was the financing department was overloaded and the final process too a bit longer than expected.

    LOREN HYUNDAI is what I consider a 10 STAR Automotive Group in "Sales" and in "Service". I read prior reviews (all "POSITIVE") about LOREN HYUNDAI which... brought me to their dealership for purchasing a pre-certified auto. "Raydek" my salesperson was extremely caring to my needs, even after my purchase through him.     On 8/31/2019, my wife and I purchased a used '08 Buick Enclave. We were assured that this was a mechanically sound vehicle. as soon as we got the vehicle... home, we discovered the transmission was bad despite being told during the buying process that the trans had been checked by their mechanic and was good. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told to bring it in to have it checked by their mechanic. They agreed the trans was bad, and that they couldn't do anything about it. They wouldn't even agree to absorb half of the cost to have it repaired($3500), nor would they refund to us the purchase price. So we are stuck with the cost of having it repaired. We were totally misled and lied to. I will never purchase another or recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from any Napleton dealership. STUCK!!!

    Avoid Al Guidi at all costs. He is a very unprofessional and unknowledgeable salesman that will try to add additional "mandatory" costs to get over on... you and will get extremely disrespectful if you do not agree to his terms.

    I did buy a Kia Optima , I traded in a car and the difference was $7000.00, When I got my pay book to do my first payment, the statement showed $8350.00,... it turns out the dealer charge me a warranty worth of $800.00 $500.00 of other charges . The contract was too clear, the amount to finance was $7000.00, it took me almost 2 months to get a $1250.00 as a refund, Dealer never pay me the other $100.00 .

    We went and to look for a new car we're giving the price Santa Fe 2019 on the brochure the next day when we went to purchase a car they said they made... a mistake and it's not the price for this vehicle but downgraded version! Franchise manager came over said that we are trying to rip him off when we showed him the price that we are given the night before He was very arrogant horrible experience on top of that walking away from us he said to the representative " they were never going to buy the car"!!

    Great experience all around. I came here to check out a Santa Fe when I was looking to buy a new car. Wael, the salesperson I worked with was a consummate... professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and transparent through the entire process. Even though I ended up purchasing another car through another shop, he still shared his insights and provided top notch service while I came to my decision. I'd highly recommend Wael and Napleton Loren to anyone exploring the purchase of a new car.
