Clean waiting area

Prompt service Friendly professional staff The waiting area was clean. If they had more mechanics it would not take a week to get an appointment for an oil change.

Engine light came on

How promptly the service reps worked with Henry from the service deptartment, to address my engine light concern. The diagnostic test showed an unrelated (to previous service) issue and was cleaared up immediately. Thanks

2019 Lime Green Jeep Wrangler

I spent quite a bit of time figuring out what to get and when. I was coming off a lease with a different company and wanted to time it so that I had the best new rates and no extra fees for canceling early. I worked with Kyle Hein for several months and he was fantastic from start to finish. I was recommended to the dealership by a friend and am extremely happy I ended up working with them. He went through the rubicon, sahara, and sport with me and what my wants and needs were to get the right vehicle at the right price. Finally months later (just in December) we did a search when my lease came up and he found the vehicle I wanted. Sadly, Kyle wasn't there the day I had to pick up, but he had me set up and taken care of with Andrew, Mike, and Giovanni. They were all super helpful and efficient with my time. I can't say more! A couple weeks later, i'm super happy with my choice of car and all because of the time and expertise of the team there. --Kira W.

Thank You Leo!! Best Car Buying Experience on Cape Cod.

This dealership was top notch! Leo went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a Jeep Cherokee the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Premier Cape Cod (Leo in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Happy I stopped ….

I decided to give Premier a chance to sell me a Jeep. As soon as a walked in the door I was greeted by such a nice group of people….It was immediately explained to me that the sales team does not work on commission….Hum that’s an interesting twist. As soon as I met Kyle Hein, I felt no pressure; Kyle listened to me rant about my negative experience with Quirk and immediately turned a negative experience into a positive one. Kyle explained to me the difference between the JL and the JK models. He really listened to me about what I wanted and then showed me 3 Jeep Wranglers on the big screen monitor. I was able to select my new Jeep quickly. Now comes the part that everyone dreads….the trade value of my beloved 2013 Jeep…..Kyle came back to me with no games and offered me a very fair amount for my 2013 Jeep. He reviewed all promotions and incentives with me there were no games and I felt that he went above and beyond my expectations. This took about an hour and half. Kyle made my appointment with Kara Brunette for the next day…..she was so personable and truly felt that she cared about her job and the customers.

My "Go To" Jeep dealership!!!

I am a die hard Jeep owner....just bought my 6th, the last 3 from Premier. My recent purchase was with Client Advisor Kyle Hein. Kyle was great....he walked us through the process in a very professional and friendly way. The entire experience was pleasant from the start. No pressure....no price dickering like we have experienced at other dealerships over the years. Honest. Straight forward. It was clear that customer service is a priority!!! This was our first lease and Kyle helped us with our decision making comparing the pros and cons of lease vs purchase. Kyle was very professional and made it an entirely pleasant experience. Also....another member of the Premier staff (Giovanni Richardson) walked us through the vehicle set up, all the instrumentation and electronics. Very helpful!!!!! Also....Kara Brunette walked us through the final paperwork to wrap up the sale.....and made it simple and easy to follow. Nice job. Great dealership! Great team!! Thank you!!!
