Service completed faster then told lot would take. Had old change, tire rotation and service recall performed.

The process of getting a car was very smooth and seamless. Carlos made sure i felt comfortable and understood the importance of the new safety features. He was very personable, friendly and honest about the process. I felt and still feel very informed on my purchase.

The experience was well worth the effort. I witnessed teamwork between members of the team and found the staff very friendly with a true desire to see me succeed with my purchase.

Appointment time was changed without prior notification until text was received with new appointment time.

Too expensive for a typical service and a battery replacement wees supposedly needed but I'm not buying that.

I walked in and told them what I needed that was available on the lot. It had a price and said to them I got an offer on another truck for this price can you sell the truck for that. And they came back and said yes we are just trying to get rid of it because we've been sitting on it for awhile. Great service prompt with paperwork, registering was a breeze unlike the DMV. Thank you to Philip Medeiros! Also to the service technician that preformed the update to the vehicle. It was awesome to receive a text with a video of what the tech was doing in the shop with the truck before it went out the door. Forest did a great job explaining of the service.

What one would expect however when I got how there was no hardware to remove the tires. Thank you, Amazon, for shipping the parts out ASAP.

Parking is something of a horror but overall well run, communicative/informative, seemingly honest, and the diesel sensor repair they did is so far working!
