Gladiator Lease

Mike and Donna are great (no pressure) and got me the Gladiator I wanted. I highly recommend working with them. The price was way more than expected but that's expected with add -ons. The base model does not have the comfort or extras that I feel is needed. The Gladiator drives much better than the Wrangler Unlimited I traded in and I am very happy. This is my second vehicle from Central Jeep and my brother picked up a Rubicon there as well. Once you walk in you feel welcomed (not over-done) and this is a good feeling. I do wish that there were more Jeep incentives especially for teachers .

Horrible. Worst place.4 hr job again turned into

Never. Would never tell anybody this place to buy or repair. Service was terrible. Not helpful but qiuck tp point out I am not the only customer.

First Jeep

This was my first dealership visit when I started looking for a Gladiator. Jon gave me a lot of information, a good trade in offer and a fair deal on a Jeep. He then went on vacation when I was ready to deal and Jamar took over and found me exact what I wanted. My brother in law had bought a Gladiator at the same location a week earlier and was very pleased with Jamar, as well.

Dishonest and No transparency

Brought 2019 truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Windshield fluid was low ( light was on )and needed wipers. Wipers were to expensive so I planned on getting them at auto zone. When I picked up truck wiper light was off. I went and put new wipers on and tested them out, after 2 squirts the light came back on. When I called to see if washer fluid was included in the service they said yes. The clerk I spoke with checked with the tech who did the service and he said we ran out of fluid. So I now have concern if they really rotated my tires or even changed my oil. When I heard back from a manager I was told they were going to put a $10 credit on my account! I asked for a free oil change / rotation and that is what I was offered. I declined there offer and anyone that goes there for service should keep this in mind. Honesty and transparency goes a long way in customer service. Place a chalk mark on a tire and see if they really did rotate your tires or a mark on your oil filter .

Just did my first lease ever. It was such a smooth...

Just did my first lease ever. It was such a smooth process, Dave Gilday was great. There was no pressure and he made the whole process run smoothly. He answered all of my questions and I am in love with my new Grand Cherokee! I will definitely recommend Central Jeep and will use them again in the future!

Frank was honestly so amazing! It was our first time buying a car, we had a certain budget. Frank knew what to do like he got right to the point. Answered all of our questions. Such an amazing man, no wonder he got all of those awards. He’s just good at what he does. Definitely would recommend him.
