I would not recommend this dealership for service. I bought a new car from them and I called and made an appointment for service. When I was on my way to the dealership they called me and canceled. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was on vacation. I then just took my car to another Toyota dealer in North Kingston and they serviced the car and treated me as if I had bought it from them. My family has bought four cars from this dealership in the last two years. I would give them two stars but someone tried to call me yesterday from Smithfield Toyota, and it wasn't the manager I'm still waiting for that call!

From the moment I walked through the door the first time to leaving with my new car, I was greeted with a kind reception and respectful help. Matthew Jones was very helpful in finding the perfect car for me.

Nick is a great salesman he got me the car I wanted an two weeks fast then he said. Nadine was fast with the paperwork I was out in no time thank you all

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Harrison was knowledgeable, patient and a good communicator. The lady at the front desk was lovely to us. Always trying to make us comfortable.

Everything went fine except for the financing. It’s hard to believe that I couldn’t receive a better interest rate especially with the large down payment with my trade in. Toyota financial will not make anything from my loan because I will pay this off right away. I told this to the financial manager and he didn’t care. I won’t be dealing with this dealership and won’t recommend them.

Renee was great! However regarding the dealership I didn’t like how there wasn’t much for inventory. I would’ve loved to test drive it and drive off on the same day.. And once my car was here, I made an appt to come in to fill out the paper work but I hated how long it took. I was there for almost 2 hours and a portion of that was them trying to find a specific employee to start the paperwork.

Worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2021 Silverado from them they delivered it without inspecting it first then had it for 3 days to put new tires on .The tires are sub standard and need to be replaced, it’s like ridding on marshmallows. Stay away !!!!!!!!

Harrison did come through for me and my husband. But I really thank toyota of Smithfield. Good job.
