Working with Sufian was incredibly difficult. He doesn't have the best communication skills, and he doesn't keep you filled in I waited 3 weeks before receiving my vehicle. He barely stayed in contact with me and when I told him I had issues with the new car he ignored every single one of my texts and calls. I stated multiple times to him the same day I received the car that there was some issues.

The salespeople are very nice. Also informative about the different model options, and the cost when an option is available to add to a less expensive model, making comparisons easy.

The sales rep at this dealership named Luis was professional, polite and courteous throughout the entire process. I wouid highly recommend- if you are looking to buy a Toyota to ask for him specifically.

Amaya is awesome !! When calling or going Smithfield Toyota regarding a new car ask for her. She explained their process in great detail, was very patient and always had our test cars ready to go when we arrived. She even had a small scrape repaired before our test drive. No pressure at all.
