I had a great experience purchasing my first brand new vehicle at Balise Honda of North Attleboro! My salesperson was Cheavinn, and my finance person was Anastasiya. They were both very helpful, and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They helped me from the beginning to the end. Hi Honda I can say enough about the service and kindness of this dealership. My sales persons Cheavinn was patient and informative. We looked at the Accords and CRV both Hybrid standard. From the beginning to the end I can’t say enough kind words. I really was just going to look but I was so comfortable I bought the car. I would highly recommend Cheavinn and Anastasia (in financial services). Excellent!!!!

Horrible dealership, great car. (Roy was good tho!

Horrible dealership, great car. (Roy was good tho!) I’ll start with the good. I worked with Roy and he was great. Extremely helpful and didn’t apply any pressure in a sale. He kept me updated on the status of my car and provided quick response time. In terms of the manager of Balise and the financial lady, Anastasia, I was highly dissatisfied. I came in to the dealer having worked with Brianna initially and then Roy. Brianna had quoted me a figure at sticker. I questioned the details and why the car was still available as they have been on back order. Brianna claimed they were the only dealer in the area to offer the car at MSRP. I’m from Nashua but was excited about the pricing and availability so I eagerly agreed to put a deposit down. Once I get to the dealership, Brianna is nowhere to be found. Roy is there but they escort me straight to finance with Anastasia. There she tells me the car has nearly a 700$ document fee and roughly another 800$ fee for some sealant coating, which I was never informed about or asked for. I try to explain this and how I came to North Attleboro from Nashua, a nearly 2 hour drive because of the pricing and assurance I had on the phone. Anastasia insists this couldn’t be the case and walks out to get the manager. They both come back into the office, and close the door, making me feel uncomfortable. They essentially threatened to not work with me if I don’t change my attitude and write a good review. I had come all this way, worked with my bank, and made all preparations for the car so I continued the deal. I said I would pay the price they gave and they quickly smiled and opened up the office door. This put a really bad taste in my mouth. I would NEVER work with this dealership again. They completely LACK any customer service and took away my excitement of my first car purchase. After being pushed into extended warranties, added costs and completely ignoring my request for monthly payment range, I felt beaten down. When leaving the dealership after several hours of paperwork and sales pitches, the dealership manager makes a nasty comment about how the workers in the back were frustrated about how long it took to close the deal. Once home: I call my father for advice and he tells me that the extended warranty is a scam. I text Roy to see if I can get out of the extended warranty and he says absolutely, it shouldn’t be a problem. Anastasia soon calls me and says I can do it but gives me the runaround for 20 minutes on why paying 20$ more a month for 63 months is a great idea. I made up my mind and she wouldn’t accept it. After 20 minutes I told her I’m sticking to no extended warranty. They cannot change my monthly payment but will change the duration of how many months I will pay. I still don’t have proof of this change. On top of all of this disrespect they also lied to me when they said I would only need to make the trip from Nashua once. They explained that they deliver the car up north once paperwork is done, which they refuted once I arrived to sign papers.
