Amazing and professional salesman.

Amazing experience with the salesman and the finance lady. Cheavinn, the salesman, was very respectful and professional. I didn’t feel rushed by him and he didn’t put no pressure. He seems committed to customer satisfaction. Barbara is a great finance lady. I would recommend Cheavinn (Balise Honda dealership in North Attleborough) to anyone buying a cat.

Got the exact vehicle I wanted during this difficult time to buy a car! So great to work with Sam who made sure I got the right vehicle for me. Pleasant and fast interactions with finance and insurance agents too.

We had an amazing experience at this dealership. They did not make us wait around like most dealerships. Chevin was fair, respectful and professional. I would recommend this to everyone


I’m very happy with my vehicle, but I’m sad to say...

I’m very happy with my vehicle, but I’m sad to say customer service was sketchy, and I would never buy a vehicle again from here. I got a quote for a car and agreed to it, and when we finalized the paperwork, I didn’t realize the price for the car would raise, they tacked on a service warranty fee, which we were told was included, at no extra charge, because we were going with a specific bank. It turns out the lady knew that it was going to give us a higher APR, but she still added in a $3,500 service contract charge. And now I have to choose to either keep the warranty and the $3500 charge or lose both. And that sucks, because the only reason I agreed to buy the car is because I was told that the warranty came with no extra charge.

Do your research and be prepared before you go to any car lot, especially a dealership. Paperwork is a pain. I had an “average” experience here.


New Car

I thought that the sales team and the general manager did everything possible to find a new HRV to replace mine that was totaled, with the chip shortage, the inventory was tiny but they found one at another dealership, and the new car is great! Thank you to all.


My son brought his 2018 Honda in today for an oil change...

My son brought his 2018 Honda in today for an oil change and they up sold him services he did not need and did not authorize. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. They take advantage of their customers to make money The car has 27000 miles and he just bought it from Majestic Honda in October.
