Service Review, March 2022
I brought my vehicle to their service shop to troubleshoot and repair a faulty heating system (was not getting any air from footwells). Contemporary diagnosed the issue as a faulty electronic module and installed a replacement. After installation, they assured me the problem was fixed. I drove the vehicle for 5 seconds and pulled a U-turn in their packing lot and back into the shop; the issue was not fixed. The service team was adamant that the technician verified the problem was fixed? Second chance to solve the problem: Diagnosed the issue as a faulty actuator in the ventilation system. Replacement part ordered and estimated to arrive to 2-3 days. Service administrator told me that they would contact me when the part arrived to schedule the service. Didn?t hear from them for 2 weeks, so I called to schedule the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday. In dropping the vehicle off, the service administrator assured me the vehicle would be ready for pick up by end of day Wednesday. I got a call from the service admin at noon time on Wednesday saying they were unable to get to my vehicle and the earliest it would be ready was Monday. I followed up with a call to the service manager, who apologized profusely and assured me the vehicle would be ready by Monday. Vehicle was not ready until Tuesday. Thankfully the problem has been solved. Their customer service is completely unacceptable. I will not be having them service my vehicles in the future despite them being 5 minutes from my house.

Hour and 40 for an oil change
Scheduled an oil change, waited a week or so for the appointment. My appointment was at 9am and showed up a little before. At 45 minutes into appointment I asked if I could get an inspection sticker as well. Service agent said probably but it will be another hour. So I said no thanks I don?t have that much time. After and hour and 20 minutes of waiting I went and asked how much longer. I was told it would just be another 5 minutes. After another 20 minutes I stated I really need to leave to go to work. The service tech sighed and walked over to the desk where my keys were setting and told me to go check out around the counter. When I was checking out I asked to speak to the service manager and was told he was busy. They took down my name and number?no surprise the service manager Jose never called me back.

2016 Ram Ecodiesel
Nice new place with a new attitude on dealer services. I think dealers get a bed rep for their service depth, but some of the new ones, also just revamped, get what people want, good service for a fair price. I've had some service here, both warranty and not with no problems. Another dealer I used never even new my truck was still under warranty, scary. I'll come to Contemporary.

First service, very professional
I bought a Jeep from contemporary.. Michael is the service manager I worked with. He is very professional and answered all my questions. The service took less time than I expected. I have never owned a Jeep or other FCA product. This is the start of a new relationship and so far off to a good start!

great experience
We were so pleased with our repair-a big one-but we feel that Julio in the service department helped us extend our Rubicon lifespan. And the car was washed when I picked it up-what a treat!!!
