EDIT** I called and left a message for the GM.

EDIT** I called and left a message for the GM. I was called back and was told by Wayne that the GM didn’t want to speak to me and didn’t want my business. I was also told the same thing from Wayne as well as him speaking to be very rudely. My brand new truck was washed without my consent and now has hard water spots and swirl marks. Mind you I had the truck professionally ceramic coated for $1,750. Which now needs to be re done plus fixing the swirling in the head and tail lights. ALSO my crooked steering column is still not fixed (an issue from the factory). The only thing I have to say is wow… I’ve truly never encountered a more incompetent, careless, and unprofessional group of people in my life. From start to finish, the experience was an absolute disaster. They couldn’t get the simplest things right, and every time I thought it couldn’t get worse, it somehow did. Communication is non-existent. Nobody seems to know what’s going on, and you’ll get a different story every time you call—if you can even get someone to answer the phone. The staff is either completely untrained or just doesn’t care. Either way, the result is the same: sloppy work, endless excuses, and complete disregard for customers’ time and money. If you value your sanity, your vehicle, and basic decency, steer clear of Banks Chevrolet. This place is a shining example of everything that’s wrong with the automotive industry—disorganization, arrogance, and a total lack of accountability. Save yourself the headache and take your business literally anywhere else.

One of the worse dealerships and service departments

One of the worse dealerships and service departments EVER! Son purchased a vehicle there, customer service was good until you leave. He would use the dealership for ALL service items, truce started to have issues they said it was nothing, cleared out the codes. Then he drove it trouble started again could not go over 35 mph & 2500 RPM, took it there and said it needed an oil change. WTH is that, left dealership and 2 days later the same issue after he was up there to get his tires (was there twice in one week and while fixing one issue had to come back 3 days later to get tires installed! Well Sunday came and her we go again, we take it up there and they said it is now some value issue. Meanwhile they HAVE NO IDEA WHEN PARTS WILL COME IN and told him to get a rental. BTW the first time he started walking to Enterprise to get a rental because THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO TAKE HIM & SAID THEY HAD NO ONE TO TAKE HIM! He winds up on the 2nd visit to get a rental which was a costly item and had to get one all the way in Manchester. With that said my son went out and purchased another vehicle because the cost of a rental was more than purchasing another vehicle. Meanwhile I called the dealership to speak with the General Manager Bill and guess what ON VACATION (to this day no phone call from him). Spoke to the Service Manager who attempted to help but still NO HELP. My son and I went up there to empty his vehicle since we had no idea when it would be repaired (and no phone calls on update). Vehicle was parked in the back lot not even in a spot just thrown in the back parked crooked and in the way that someone could have broken into it or damaged it. I have been a Sales Manager, Business Director for over 18 years and if we had anyone that treated a customer in the manner that my son or myself they would be fired. It was amazing for my husband has purchased his Denali there over 85K, our friends - NEVER AGAIN, and my son who works for a very prestigious construction management company with many, many sub contractors who patronize at Banks WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN or PURCHASE AGAIN. The worse and I mean the worse service, even when the people that work there say the same. Makes me sick that in today's day and time that customer service is non existent still in this industry. The the kicker he had to pay $952.00 to get his vehicle back. I do not need to protect my 46 year old son, but after being in this industry for over 18 years I know how things work and this is totally UNACCEPTABLE, SHAMEFUL on the way of communication and not caring. Tim and the rest of the team was wonderful to work with.

Tim and the rest of the team was wonderful to work with. I went in knowing what I wanted and no trying to up sell! Means a lot in these times, no hard sell! Was buying a car for our daughter and Tim having a couple, understood how important a safe and reliable vehicle for a child is. Bough a 22 Equinox certified, with a better than new warrantee.
