I came into the dealership to test drive an X3.

I came into the dealership to test drive an X3. I wasn’t necessarily planning to buy, but I liked the car and Carlos made the experience really wonderful. Those two factors are what made me decide to come back on Monday and purchase. Carlos is super friendly and approachable. He got me in the car for a test drive very quickly and the entire process for financing and plate transfer and trade-in was done super fast. The team is very professional and they treat customers like real people. I didn’t have to deal with any long wait times or prices of post it notes or relentless negotiations. Carlos is a big reason why I bought the car and I can’t recommend the buying experience enough even for preowned cars. Thank you Carlos and Autohaus On Edens! I love my new car and the process was painless!

It took ten emails to arrange an appointment to drop off

It took ten emails to arrange an appointment to drop off my car in the late afternoon and have it worked on first thing the next morning. The car was not serviced first thing the next morning. Received a call in the late afternoon that something else needed to be done and that the part wouldn't arrive until the next day. Finally picked up the car on day three in the late afternoon.

While we understand it may have felt like a lengthy exchange, there were fewer than ten emails involved. The extended communication stemmed from trying to accommodate your very specific and tight scheduling request—dropping off late in the afternoon and picking up first thing the next morning. Given the nature of the service requested and the time constraints, we did our best to explain that the timeline might not be realistic, but still committed to aiming for completion by noon. During the inspection, our technicians identified a fuel leak covered under a warranty extension—something we felt was important to address right away for your safety and convenience. This did require keeping the vehicle longer, but also saved you from a potential future issue at no additional cost. We understand the importance of clear and efficient scheduling, and we’re always looking for ways to improve. Thank you again for your visit, and we hope your vehicle is running well after the repairs.

The inability to read and comprehend continues. The idea of dropping off the car the afternoon before it was to be worked on was to put my car at the head of the line the next day. Thinking that I expected it to be done first thing the next morning is proof of the lack of critical thinking by the personnel scheduling appointments. No denial that there were numerous emails. No denial that the car wasn’t looked at until later in the day. Not first thing in the morning. No surprise that I only brought it there because it was warranty work. Have had unsatisfactory experiences before.

I had a great buyer experience at this dealership.

I had a great buyer experience at this dealership. Patrick Law got me into the vehicle I wanted and for the price I wanted. Pat took the time to answer any and ALL of my questions and concerns about both the vehicle and the financing for the vehicle I purchased. He took the time to return both all of my emails and phone calls during this process. My salesman Nathan Hopman also took the time to answer any questions also and made himself available to answer and return all of my phone calls during this process.
