Usually happy, this time I was misinformed, misled about pricing and service rendered. Left a very bitter taste on service. Question whether I will return to Autohaus after 25 years of Mercedes ownership on several vehicles. Have purchased vehicles at Autohaus and usually service them there, I do not know if I will return Was told by service manager they would look into the issue, never received a call back
