Michal was absolutely phenomenal. He was consistent, accurate with his information and had great follow up. His honesty made the car buying experience easy, fun and exciting. The whole process was seamless from start to finish and he made sure that we understood all the functions of the car and answered any questions we had. Dropped the car off on a Thursday, John said it might be
Dropped the car off on a Thursday, John said it might be done EOD, or possibly the next day. Had to chase him Friday afternoon, literally calling 3 times, and he said car wasn't ready, and i needed to come Saturday to trade the loaner. Saturday, he said they still hadn't looked at the car. It would have been better if I at least had been told upon dropping the car off it might not get looked at for days, or if after having the car, they had called me. The issue with the car is the windshield (or something on the roof line) whistles when going over 70 mph. They said this was normal and nothing was wrong the car. So I have a new $180,000 that whistles and apparently that's just fine. Unrelated to this trip, every time over the years I have visited the showroom, your sales team is not friendly, seemingly burdened by our visit. Honestly, the epitome of used car sales person vibe. Hence, we bought our new G-Wagon somewhere else, even though I live close to you. It was also because you could not come close to matching the price I got elsewhere. I will find it hard to come back in in the future.
