For the first time in many years, the service department
For the first time in many years, the service department performed in an exceptional manner with minimal waiting time. I was planning to have my service done after my warranty period lapsed later this year at another service facility. I've felt over the last few years that the wait times were unacceptable (3-4 hours) for routine maintenance. I just hope that this last experience was not an aberration. Anyway, congratulations if you have all made a commitment to improve the service time. Next visit will tell.

Customer service by the rep was good. Benjamin. But they put the wrong rear wiper blade on my son’s car. Obviously didn’t test drive it because it was the wrong size and he needed to go back again to the dealership today to get the correct blade.

Came back to pick up my car after 6pm and the service
Came back to pick up my car after 6pm and the service area was closed! Britanee had her backpack on a was leaving and stopped to find keys and help me! Also a gentleman from sales also helped me find service. Thank you both. The repairs/maintenance were also completed to my request.
