Very friendly group of people. Everyone we met with were efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful. Brian Kelsea was especially helpful at getting me a great deal on a 2012 Jetta! I highly recommend this dealership!

We have not yet had our new Ford in for service as it only has 300 miles on it. However, if the the "sales" service we received from Tom Mooney is an indication of what we can expect from your service dept. then we expect it to be GREAT.

The several times I had been to Rowe since I purchased my vehicle from Dave Hart on November 20, 2008 up to the last scheduled visit for my oil change in May 2012,I found their staff to be very caring, friendly and professional. Excuse me for listing the names of the folks in the service department, all I can say they were very friendly to deal with. It appears this dealership has a strong customer satisfaction rate. Not only do they just focus on makeing the sales but there is an after sales communication with customers as far as feedback from them to see, if they were satissied with their service and was the staff very friendly to them, most important how rapid was the service on the vehicle. Personally, I find Rowe deserves a AAA+ on all their business traits. I am very impressed with my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. It is a very dependable vehicle. Just like my first Hyundai vehicle 1988XL from Pacifico Ford in Philadelphia, Pa I always find them the best bang for my buck.

I saved $2,500.00 by buying my brand new 2012 ford focus...

I saved $2,500.00 by buying my brand new 2012 ford focus hatchback at Rowe in Auburn. The salesmen were all very friendly and pleasant. Charlie Burns the business manager made me feel like an old friend, he was exceptional!!! By purchasing my focus at Rowe I was able to get a beautiful silver HB. There was a small defective paint spot that I discovered after my purchase and when I brought my car back to be examined they immediately dealt with the issue. I was given a free loaner and the small area was repaired at no charge to me. They never made me feel like a bother. I was treated with respect and compassion. I absolutely would recommend Rowe Auburn for anyone looking for a vechicle.

Awesome - very straightforward deal. I had a bad...

Awesome - very straightforward deal. I had a bad experience at another Dealer. Rowe took me seriously, realized I had done my research and knew what I wanted. Dealer honored all manufacturer rebates, interest rates for financing as advertized by Kia, gave me KBB on trade and honored other dealers "advertized special". Car was ready 3 days later. Full tank gas. Could not ask for more.

My Wife an I just purchased a new Kia Optima Hybrid from Rowe Kia in Auburn. The staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile without pressuring you like most new car dealers. They were able to take in our trade, work with the bank that we had our loan through; and did all the leg work for us. Not only did we get the car we really loved, But the got the payment to exactly what we were hoping for. We have already told several friends of ours to come See Paul to help with any purchasing needs they may have. It was nice to be treated kindly and with the respect that we expected to get.
